I signed up and did everything correctly filling out the 2 forms they requested and submitted my college transcript, but the people who read my transcript read it incorrectly saying there was no college graduation date on it, but there was. I resubmitted it, with the date highlighted, and emailed it the day I got the rejected transcript email. 48 hours later I received a 24 hour warning email to submit the transcript or I would be dropped from the course to which I had resubmitted it over 24 hours before they sent that warning email. I was rejected from the course 72 hours after I had resubmitted the transcript to which I called multiple times to get no help over the phone, finally got the document accepted 4 days after the resubmission, but was not accepted into the course. So, due to their mistake in the beginning I was unable to get into their October course, but they took my $1,500 tuition that I paid the day they rejected me from that course. They keep your money and offer to transfer it to the next course which starts a month later, which I was unable to take and did not want to take after the poor experience I had with signing up for the first one and the run around I received from their mistake. There is 1 phone number to call which is a generic student service line which is no help. When I called stating I wanted a full refund I was given an email to request that, I emailed them on a Thursday, received a response on that Friday to fill out a refund consent form and email it back which I did that same day. Got no response for about 5 days, so I emailed them again due to their lack of communication the first time. After 3 emails and about 2 weeks I heard nothing back until I threatened to claim fraud from my bank and take this to the BBB and the news. It has been 37 days and I have yet to receive my refund from them. I HIGHLY recommend finding another program if you are interested in a phlebotomy course.
