      *** the plumber was excellent. He did outstanding work installing two outdoor hose spigot. The new 1/4 turn gate valve installation required work in some pretty tight quarters. *** handled the job with ease and professionalism. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is definitely not your low cost option. But for quality the value can not be beat. I highly recommend them

      We have been with Ben ********************** Plumbing since 2018 and have never regretted making that choice. The technician we saw today knew exactly where to look in order to find why our water heater was giving us trouble. He's been with BFP for 21 years and "boy" he knows his craft.Thank you *** ********************** Plumbing for meeting our needs these 6 years.

      Benjamin Franklin helped with a sewer situation & did a superb job, great explanation of the process used in the excavation of pipe & repairs, excellent cleanup, polite with home owners. I would recommend this company for services by ***. Franklin.

      Outrageous Pricing. I had what I believed to have sewer gas smell in my house. I was told my service tech that he guaranteed it was a blockage at the * spot in the piping. *he service was complete and nothing was found and was told that my toilet paper was probably the fault of the issue. I was charged $900.00 for a pull and reset 1 toilet and drain vision - zone. I really should have done my homework prior and called another company as nearby companies charges $300-$500 for this service.
