      ***** very friendly. Was rapid doing inspection. Fixed small issue in guest bathroom. Made suggestion what kind trap to purchase & where get it. Give ***** 120 % thumbs up ??

      The plumber they sent was friendly, on time, fast and fixed the problem in less than 15 minutes. I was lucky that he had the part for my Toto toilet, because most people don't have that brand. If I ever need a plumber again, I'll be calling Benjamin Franklin plumbing.

      Benjamin Franklin Plumbing has always provided us great service on multiple fixes. Today ***** came out & did a really good job. He was very knowledgable and fixed the problem. He was on time. He let us know he was on the way. A photo was sent so we would know who he was. I really recommend this company especially *****. A JOB WELL DONE!!

      Best customer service I had in years. *** got me scheduled and *** was the technician who came to my house. Both are extremely knowledgeable and really care about helping people. This was my first experience with Benjamin Franklin and will remain my plumber in the future.

      Benjamin Franklin plumber was very knowledgeable, respectful, fixed the toilet in a timely manner and will be back to fix the water main leak. I was very happy with the results

      **** was amazing. Honest and knowledgeable. Unable to fix my hot water heater issue and was honest about it and wouldnt charge for the trip. Also very knowledgeable about my options and other requirements I may run into.

      On 8 May 2023, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing very professionally installed a tankless water heater, a water purification system, and a water softening system at my home. ************************ was the installation lead, and the entire experience was remarkably enjoyable. All the technicians were exceptionally professional, courteous, and respectful. **** continuously amazed me at the level of acumen he possesses in his trade. It was reassuring to watch him carefully ensure that every task was completed to perfection. I also appreciate that he took extra time to connect with my daughter's dog. That was so kind.And I LOVE our new water system! The water from our faucets has never tasted this good, and it has never been this clear.I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, and I wholeheartedly recommend **** and his team.Thank you so much!

      ***** checked on my issues and gave me good explanations of some strange noises in the shower. I appreciated the explanations and learned what to do about the issues. It was a relief. Plan to call on ***** in the future.
