      Despite the fact that the company is large, this does not mean that you are safe with them.The videos on my ******* channel "How I was Robbed by Realtor and Seller intentionally" illustrate how I was adversely affected by the negligence of the Dual Broker from this company and the dishonesty of the seller. They falsify *** listings in order to get more money. I was not sold a residential family home by this company. Instead, I was sold a hunting cabin/barn which was build without county permit that was staged for the *** listing as a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house that does not exist in reality. The barn they sold me for 250K is not a habitable place to live for humans according to the county government. As a result of the lack of heat, holes in the ceiling through the roof, no windows, and improper construction, it is an unsafe place to be specialy during the winter. It has so many major issues which is worthless to try to make into a residential home according to general contractors and engineers It has to be knocked down. All professionals I spoke with, including county officials, agreed that Beverly Hanks should never be advertised as a residential property. Despite the fact that Beverly Hanks covered up the broker's lies and refused to admit their mistakes, it is truly all about money and they don't care what they do to their consumers.Question I have to Beverly Hanks: Why did you sold me as a residential home with ***** sqf 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom but now I can not sell it legally to someone else as you sold me ? because it has 0 bedrooms and only 1 bathroom and total 600 sqf ? Why should I lose hundreds of thousands of dollars because your company did not do the job according to the law and rules of ***** ?My intent in sharing my story on ******* is to prevent others from being exploited in the same manner. As a matter of fact, I suggest being extremely cautious with Beverly Hanks what they say to you and even provide with legal real estate documents.
