      I ordered 3 pairs of pants via online, with colors based on website photos/descriptions. One of the pair received did not match the color shown in the photo online. I followed the online instructions to return for refund, And provided *** tracking 1ZTM4W400320029817 for the return. Tracking shows the return was delivered on 1/17, however despite several emails, texts and calls there has been no response or refund reference order *****

      I ordered a few pairs of pants and a jacket from their website back in September, and when they arrived, there pants were defective and not as described. One of the pairs of pants was not the right color at all, it was labeled as ***** ***** but when it showed up, it was mustard yellow. and the other pairs of pants were defective with discoloring and white streaks and creases on the thigh. They sent me a return label and I returned the product and never heard back from them or got a refund for over a month. I received the return label on September *************************************************************************************** early November after attempting to reach out multiple times via phone call and text and leaving voicemails. I finally got in touch with them after numerous failed attempts ,and they said that per their policy they dont offer refunds for items bought with a discount sale code, which is what I used to purchase them for their fall sale. I then explain to them that the products were not as described and were defective and that I do deserve and would greatly appreciate an actual cash refund instead of a gift card, which is what they originally offered me. They then agreed to give me a refund while on the phone, but I have not received my refund weeks later and they have ignored all my calls and texts regarding my refund. I had been trying to contact them for a month and a half and only one out of dozens of attempts to reach out to them was answered. it has been multiple weeks since they agreed to give me my cash refund and they have ignored all of my attempts to reach out to them and they have blocked my number as of November 20th. All I want is for them to refund me my money so we can both move on from this transaction.

      Ordered two pairs of jeans for my son. They arrived but did not fit properly. Ordered two more pairs in a smaller size. Then returned the original two pairs in original packaging, unworn, less than 30 days. Per the companys stated requirements, I should have received a refund. Instead I was emailed a gift card. Ive attempted to contact the company via phone call (left two VMs), text, chat, and email. I have received no response. The jeans, even in the smallest waist size available, dont fit my son well so I cant use the gift card to buy more jeans. I would just like to have a refund of my $236.

      I ordered 3 pair of pants to try, I checked their return and exchange policy before hand because I knew I wanted to try a few different sizes. It said everything would be accepted within 30 days. They sent one wrong color of what i ordered and so I returned two pair, one that didnt fit and one was incorrect color and now they only are giving me store credit. Since then they changed their returns page to say only certain items can be returned. I have called and emailed them dozens of times in the past few weeks and no one will return my calls
