      I ordered the waxed jacket. The jacket i received has minimal wax and does not repel or bead water. Thus, if's useless as a rain jacket. Bulletprufe charges over $100 more for the waxed version. They appear to spend their money on slick advertising. I also purchased a pair of their jeans. Twice as expensive as ****** jeans and the material is not nearly as thick.

      Overall customer service is non existent. Ordered a pair of pants that we lost in transit and had to fight with both the post office and Bulletprufe in order to get reimbursed for the order. They ignored my request and gave me a gift card and not a refund. I decided to order a new pair because they were not responding to requests to change this to a full refund. I ordered the new pair 4/3/23 (paying for shipment), received a notification that the package shipped 4/5/23. As of today 5/23/23 i have yet to receive the package. i have submitted multiple requests to Bulletprufe to get this corrected but am still waiting. **************** doesn't exist and they will do nothing to assist with any issues overall. i would give them a zero if i was able to. DO NOT order from this company, hopefully these reviews help to save people money.

      I ordered two pairs of pants from this company (order #*****) January 6th 2020, they did not fit and were sent back January 30th 2020. I sent an email to referencing the original order to confirm the return. After several months I never received a refund and never heard from the company. On March 2nd of 2020 I sent a second email following up and never got any response. At no point was I refunded for this product or contacted in any way. I lost track of this issue after this time and forgot so I have no recourse now, but customers should know that they run the risk of never getting the product they have ordered or never receiving a refund.They company website has many reviews of customers that have had similar experiences as well. The owner of this company also removes negative reviews from the website as I have written multiple reviews that have been deleted.
