    We needed to update 6 large single pane slider windows in our 60 year old house and a representative from Legacy happened to stop by, saying they were working on a neighbor's house. We made an appointment for the sales rep **** to come the next day to give us more info on our options. We settled on a reasonable price and the process went relatively smoothly from start to finish. **** kept us updated on the schedule and our windows even came in a week earlier than expected. The installation team (******* and ******) was professional and took care of all the cleanup inside and out. **** the project manager followed up at the end of the day to make sure everything looked good and worked properly.

    Legacy happened to reach out when I had a leak in my roof. I chose them over the other companies because they were incredibly responsive and understood my need to keep costs down given that insurance refused to cover the leak.I was so pleased with their work that I have recommended them to friends. They completed the job on time. They provided photos of the mess that was left by my original contractor, and when I had an issue, they came out immediately and fixed the problem. They are also helping me deal with the issues my homeowners created when they came out.They were always on timearrived when they said they wouldand they were fast. What I also found refreshing was the relationship between the employeesthey all seem to genuinely like each other and have fun. That is also refreshing. When people are happy with their employers, it shows in their work. Legacy is a great company that values their employees, does a great job, and cares about their customers.

    We are very happy with our experience with Legacy from the day the salesman knocked on our door. Every employee was super friendly and professional. They kept us informed thru out the project. The installers were friendly and efficient. They kept our concerns on the top of their list throughout the process. The price was great and the quality is top shelf!
