    On June 6, 2025, I was charged $1,609.59 by Forever Young Spa through Affirm. I later discovered that they also opened a second loan on my behalf for $3,234 without my full understanding or consent. I was told the entire plan would cost around $80 per month, and I was not informed that two separate loans were being created in my name.The spa employee rushed me through the process on my own phone, clicking through screens and signing me up without fully explaining what I was agreeing to. I was not given enough time to review the loan terms or understand the actual cost of the *********** far, $1,402 has been paid toward the first loan, which I did not expect. Based on what I was told, I thought my monthly payments would remain around $80 total not over a thousand dollars in just a few weeks. This came as a complete surprise and put me under financial stress.I was also shocked to learn that an additional loan for $3,234 had been opened without my clear consent or knowledge. I do not recall agreeing to this second loan at all.I feel that I was misled and taken advantage of. I am requesting the cancellation of the second loan, a full investigation into how these loans were processed, and assistance with a possible refund of the money already paid. I am asking the Better Business Bureau to help resolve this matter and prevent others from being misled in the same way.

    I wanted to return this item since it did not meet my expectations $321.75 I was told to sit down so she can apply a skin cream to my under eye. The product appeared to work as she stated. She sold me 2 boxes of skin and eye cream for $300. She had me sign the receipt and then she stamped it with a ******* that said No Refunds or exchanges.Once home, As the cream dried up it continued to make my eye itch and I had a red reaction to it. I called to see if they could offer a refund and they took my name and number and never called me back.
