    I went to this spa for facials and facial products. I liked the facials so much that I bought a package of 10. I was later offer a 2nd package at a discount and thought that it would be a wonderful girt for my daughter for her birthday. I called to make an appointment and found out this spa had changed owners. The current management will not honor my packages! I am devastated! I have spent a ton of money on this and am left hanging with no recourse to get either services or a refund! I would love to do a class action law suit on this company!

    Forever Young located at ************** is a shady operation. I first purchased a skin care device that came with 12 facials for $3753.75 The facials were high quality and relaxing so I didn't have too much buyers remorse. However, the enjoyment of the facials was diminished because every time I went in for a facial I was pressured to spend thousands of more dollars on new devices. Finally(before I had used all the facials on my first purchase) I consented to spend $4,290 on a neck and eye device but only because I was told they would add three more years of facials to my account. Foolish!! I questioned why the facials weren't on the receipt and he assured me they were on my account and to trust him and not to worry. Mistake. When I went in for my facial yesterday I was informed by a new manager I had never seen before (there is a new manager every month) that there are no facials on my account. Every visit I always checked to confirm the facials I had used but never received a print out or anything. I am truly devastated.
