      Hello,I placed an order on 7 December 2024. I ordered four shirts, all size medium. Unfortunately, I received a small instead of a medium for the "Looks aren't everything" shirt (see photo). I have since sent approximately a dozen emails requesting assistance, both by replying to the original email and also by going through the web portal. There is no phone number for this company so I have been unable to call them. It has been over a month and I still have not gotten any resolution. I very much like this company, and I like the shirts - I just want to get what I paid for. I request assistance securing an exchange of the erroneous shirt. Thank you for your help,****

      I ordered 2 t-shirts on 5/22. Shipping is 3-5 business days. I sent them numerous emails after the 5 days asking them to cancel the purchase because I would no longer be at the location after a certain date. They ignored my many emails (I have proof that they responded, but wouldnt cancel)), and shipped the item last night. I will not be at the location anymore, have been charged, and will not have the clothing. Awful customer service. I dont know what happened to this company, but something has changed. *** ordered so much from there in the past.

      I have placed hundreds of dollars in product from this business over the last few years.. In March, I placed 3 custom t shirt and custom sweat shirt orders totaling almost $500. When I received the orders on April 3rd, I noticed that the graphic sizing was incorrect. I contacted the business (providing photos) and I was told that they had upgraded the software, causing the issue (admitting that the issue was on their end). They redid a few shirts and they looked fine. When they redid the remaining shirts, there were still issues with 5 of the shirts. After many emails and finally a call, I was asked to provide more photos, which I did. After that, instead of the corrected shirts, I was told I was issued a refund (which is fine). After 10 business days, I had not received a refund to my account (the credit card on file that I used to purchase). When I reached back out, I was told it must be my banks problem. I contacted my bank/Visa and they confirmed that there was no attempt/pending/posted refunds from The Home T. I emailed the business they are no longer responding.

      We definitely appreciate this customer and would love to find a resolution she's satisfied with.

      She has been a loyal customer, which is awesome, and let us know some of the items she received from an order weren't sized correctly based on her custom sizing using our shirt customizer tool.

      Without question we did testing and then reprinted the shirts. Some turned out to her exact liking and there were others, 3-5 if memory serves correctly, that weren't. At that point we were running at a loss revenue wise and needed to offer a refund as a final resolution. 

      I was not made aware by our customer service team that there was any dispute about the refund. I have though provided an attachment from our ecommerce platform, powered by Shopify, that shows a partial refund from two of the orders was in fact done.

      I'm happy to work with the customer to try and figure out what's going on here as the refund was definitely done. I just personally looked. I've also left a voicemail with the customer to try and get this sorted.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my complaint, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

      The business actually reached out to me today and we were able to figure
      out a satisfactory solution. Makes me wonder if the issue is the
      company handling the refunds, not The Home T directly. Regardless, I'm
      pleased with the outcome. Is there a way to rescind the complaint?
