Linx Legal did an exceptional job getting me out of my time share contract. They were efficient, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Their expertise saved me a bundle and removed all liability from me and my family for a bad decision to purchase the timeshare.

We researched timeshare cancellation companies to help us cancel our timeshare. Linx Legal is one company we filled out a questionaire for information to cancel our timeshare. Linx Legal called us to ask questions about our timeshare on the phone and online. When we asked for information on their procedures and costs we were told they would only discuss that with us in person at our home. When they came to our home they told us the cost they charged would be over $******. We said that was high and would be a financial burden to come up with that amount. The contract was on a small tablet with such small letters you had to blow up the page and swipe back and forth to read it. We complained about the print size and were told this was the only contract they had. We asked for a few days to think over our decision to sign the contract with Linx Legal. We were told the offer was only on the table that night. We were told the process would take 2 hours. After over 5 hours we had been coerced to sign the contract with Linx Legal. The next day we called **** and said we had changed our mind about signing with them. We sent a notorized and certified letter of rescinssion within 3 business days. We also hand delivered a letter of rescinssion to their office in ********, ******* within 3 business days. **** CEO called us and said they needed $**** to cancel the contract or offered to reduce the costs to $******* We declined the offer and reminded them we had sent a rescinssion letter within 3 days. Two months later Linx Legal has now had their lawyers send a letter requesting $**** be paid to get us out of the contract with them. This company uses coercive techniques to get money from senior citizens. In my opinion, I would tell everyone to avoid doing business with this company.Linx Legal, Inc.

We have reviewed and internally researched the startling assertions made by this individual and have found them to be patently false, and outrageously inconsistent with our internal resources. Like every great company, for quality control purposes, Linx Legal **** RECORDS all conversations and interactions with our potential clients. Our process was no different with this individual. Upon learning of the contents in this review, we respectfully reached out to this person, informing them that the narrative in this review grossly contradicts the reality of Linx Legals interactions with them, and we urged them to remove such a disparaging, and, 100% absolute lie on every word from the start to finish of this frivolous review. We did not receive a response from this person. The wording of this review also doesnt stay consistent with the clients vocabulary at all, and we believe some second rate company has coached her in these lies! Linx Legal has worked, and continues to work, very hard for the thousands of past and current clients. Our great reputation of serving so many clients for over 15 years is incredibly important to us. When something so patently false is published, we have no choice but to defend our great name and reputation. That is precisely what we intend to do in this instance to the fullest extent of the law. We DO NOT take to people lying and trying to ruin our reputation we so strongly have lived by for over 15 years. This client will NOT get away with this falsehood!Teresa P

We reject Linx Legal's response. The facts are we were pressured into signing on an Ipad. Immediately the next morning we told Linx Legal we wanted to rescind our contract agreement and they said we could not. **** is trying to force us to pay. Linx Legal has assisted me in closing my timeshare after experiencing a rough experience. My case manager provided information during every step of the process while keeping me informed. ****************** **** was awesome for us when she took over our case from our initial case manager. In fact we were extremely disappointed and very disheartened by the lackluster experience we had with the first person handling our case, whom I am purposely choosing not to name.We feel that all the attention should be focused upon ************ because she immediately brought significant attention to our case, which allowed us to also immediately become more hopeful and less stressed regarding our case.We are so grateful to God for sending us ************, as we believe without a doubt, our case would be still stuck in the mud. But now, we are rather celebrating a victory to the conclusion of a nightmare which we experienced at the hands of Hilton Vacations/ Timeshares.Linx Legal, Inc.
