      I bought the so called vacation package for $500. January 19, 2022 from a guy and he said I have 18 months months to use and can call and extend if needed. I hadnt called to try and book anything because I had trips already planned for that year. I called the number last week the guy called me on and a woman was trying to get me to give my credit card over the phone to pay 1. for a $100. ******* gift card before she would check on my account and when I wouldnt give it to her she hung up on me. Now Ive called 3 days in a row to the customer service number on the confirmation letter I got in the mail and have left voicemails every day and no one is ever calling me back or answering the phone. Yesterday the voicemail said someone will call you back within 24 hours now today the voicemail says someone will call you back as soon as they can. Im beginning to think that they took my 500.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      I paid $500. for the vacation package and have been trying to call the 2FN Travel multiple times and no one ever answers and I have left multiple messages for days and no one has ever called back. My Confirmation is 2FN011022-001 purchase date 1/10/2022. The guy that sold me this gave me 18 months and said I could call to extend time but no one ever answers or calls back. I wanted to extend the package and ask questions about booking a trip but cant get anyone

      After speaking to the customer today the number they called was ************, this is not our company.   We do require 60 days advance notice on that package so there is not same day service, but we are available to book.  When they spoke with her today she did not want to book, but she can either call or email *************************** when she is ready.  The package is only refundable within the first 30 days.  Since this was purchased over 1 year ago it is not refundable.

      The lady from 2FN travel called me last week and I asked for an extension of the package and about booking a trip in January and she said she would call me back and hasnt still. So I still feel like I havent gotten anywhere.

      As explained to the customer on the call and in the terms of the original package, if married she must be traveling with her spouse.  She stated she wasn't but was willing to lie to the resort.  Our relationship to our partner resorts is as important as our relationship to the customers.  We do not lie to the resorts in order to book.  She does have other non-tour destinations in the package if she chooses to use those instead, including the 8/7 resort stay which can be used internationally.  That stay does not require a tour and can be used without her husband.  If she is using the 5/4 All-inclusive ****** she must be traveling with her husband per the original terms or she can use the 8/7 resort stay which also has all-inclusive options.  We also have two other no tour options that were not included in her package but we will add them in place of the 5/4 ****** since she was not traveling with her husband.  She can either chose from a 5/4 all-inclusive cruise or 5/4 non-inclusive ******.  She has several options.  Should she chose the non-tour destinations those are booked online and we can send her the forms right away so she can book at her convenience.

      It specifically says in the confirmation that she has presented in the image that if Married the husband and wife must attend together.  As we already stated, the 8/7 is a non tour and she can attend without her husband the 5/4 ****** is a tour destination which the husband must attend.  This is the opposite of what she is stating but it is in the written confirmation that is in her hand in the photo.  We have also offered two other non-tour destinations that were not included in the package where she can travel without her husband.  The tour requirements are clearly stated in the terms and there are several other non tour options.  The 8/7 resort stay can also be used in ****** if she wants to travel without her husband.
