  It was pouring rain so I parked in the handicap so I could run up to the third floor as I was getting ready to leave I heard my alarm ** from NStyle towing was hooking up my car so I ran downstairs and jumped in before he lifted it. I refused to get out & told him he could call the police which he did when they came they tried to get him to just drop it because I was in it before he lifted it or at least drop the price he wanted money so bad that he refused and because he was said he lifted before I got in the officer said it was a civil case and I would have to take him to court which is what I am going to do it's right after Christmas and I don't have 350 to give him for nothing especially since rent is going to be due. ** did not have my car lifted he lifted it after he realized that I was not getting out and I should not had to pay 350 even the officer said it but because he said it was lifted and I said it wasn't it's a civil matter I promise you it was not lifted because I didn't jump in my car I sat in it and then ** realized I was not getting out so he lifted it he really wanted to make some money by lying I want my money back he didn't even have receipts what kind of business don't give receipts I had to borrow the money and now I have to pay them back

                         ON TUESDAY DEC 26 THE DRIVER WHEN THUR MAGNOLIA TERRACE AND CIRCLED THE PROPERTY LOOKING FOR ILLEGALLY PARKED VEHICLES. THE DRIVER SPOTTED THE SILVER ** JETTA FIRST PARKED IN HANDICAP WITHOUT A HANDICAP HANDER OR TAGS BUT HE DIDN'T *** IT RIGHT AWAY HE CONTINUED PARTOLING THE PROPERTY LOOKING FOR OTHER VEHICLES AS WELL. AFTER ABOUT 20 TO ********************************************************************************************** THE DRIVER THEN GOT OUT AND TOOK PICS OF THE VEHICLE AND PUT HIS HAND ON THE **** TO SEE IF IT WAS HOT OR COLD IT WAS COLD HE THEN PROCEEDED TO HOOK THE VEHICLE UP AND PULL IT OUT OF THE ***** TO GET TO THE ***** WHEELS BECAUSE THE VEHICLE IS A ***** WHEEL DRIVE VEHICLE AND HAS TO BE ***ED FROM THE *****. THE ***** WHEN OFF WHILE HE WAS DOING THAT. AFTER HE SPUN IT AROUND AND RE****ED IT AND STARTED TO LEAVE THE PROPERTY AND THE **** CAME TO THE DOOR OF THE *** AND STARTED PULLING ON THE HANDLE OF THE VEHICLE AND SHOUTING CAN I JUST GET SOMETHING OUT OF THE VEHICLE SO THE DRIVER STOPPED AND TOLD HER SHE COULD GO AHEAD BUT INSTEAD OF REMOVING ANY THING SHE GOT IN THE DRIVER'S SEAT AND CLOSED THE DOOR. ONCE SHE DID THAT HE PUT A STRAP ON THE VEHICLE AND RASIE THE LIFT ALL THE WAY UP, BECAUSE LIKE TRYING TO DRIVE THEIR VEHICLES OFF THE LIFT. HE KNOCK ON THE WINDOW AND ASKED HER WAS SHE GOING TO GET OUT OF THE VEHICLE. SHE STATED NO DUE TO HER NOT HAVING ANY MONEY TO RETRIEVE THE VEHICLE. THE DRIVER TOLD HER HE WAS GOING TO CALL THE POLICE. THE POLICE CAME OUT AND TOLD HER SHE WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR THE *** OR GET OUT OF THE VEHICLE BECAUSE THIS WAS A CIVIL MATTER. SO AS FAR AS LYING SHE IS LYING THE *** WAS IN *** AND HE STOPPED TRYING TO BE NICE AND YOU SEE WHERE THAT GOT HIM. SO THE VEHICLE WAS ILLEGALLY PARKED IN HANDICAP FOR A WHILE TO I MIGHT ADD. SO ************** IS DO NO REFUND. THANK ************************** MANAGEMENT.

  They towed my vehicle from my apartment complex I went to pay them to retrieve my car an they damaged it so much that they wont release it to me an took my money an wont give me a refund. Says that they need to tow it to their mechanic to fix it

  N Style Towing yes we towed *********************** vehicle that was in violation of her apartments parking rules and regulations so the towing was valid in that process her vehicle was damaged and we expected responsibility for the damages and also got her a rental car so she can get back and forth until her vehicle is repair at our expense unfortunately accidents do happen and we are taking care of it there are Tow companies out here that wouldn't do that. The fee for towing is still valid. I hope this resolve this issue ty **************************

  Charged a guest of mine $300 to tow the car 15 minutes away and didnt allow to split payments and were very unprofessional. Looking at other towing fees it seems to be price gauging at its finest. It was a real inconvenience and just think they need to be stopped with the outrageous price gauging.

  WE HAVEN'T TOWED A VEHICLE IN THIS PERSONS NAME THERE IS NO VEHICLE INFORMATION NO APARTMENT NAME OR DATE THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED, OR THE NAME OF THE DRIVER OF THE VEHICLE. ONE OF OUR COMPANY POLICY IS WE DON'T SPLIT PAYMENTS EITHER ALL CARD IN THE REGISTERED OWNER'S NAME OR ALL CASH, THE VEHICLE WAS IMPOUNDED FOR BEING ILLEGALLY PARKED FOR WHAT EVER REASON. OUR PRICES MIGHT NOT BE THE LOWEST IN TOWN FOR WHAT WE DO BUT I KNOW FOR SURE WE AREN'T THE HIGHEST IN TOWN. TOWING A VEHICLE IS DIFFERENT FROM IMPOUNDING A VEHICLE. THANK YOU FROM  N STYLE TOWING

  This company is a scam! They unlawfully towed my vehicle from my apartment complex and I have proof from my landlord that my vehicle was safe and wouldn't be towed. And they came and towed the vehicle and was very rude. Now they're charging unreasonable prices to release the vehicle and they unlawfully towed it without permission

  TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN ADDRESSING THE **** SCAM WE DIDN'T SCAM ANYONE JUST DOING OUR JOB. ****************** DOESN'T LIVE AT THE ADDRESS IN WHICH HIS VEHICLE WAS TOWED FROM. THE COMPLEX WHERE HIS VEHICLE WAS TOW HAS A PARKING POLICY IN PLACE AND HIS VEHICLE DIDN'T HAVE A RESIDENT PARKING PERMIT OR A VISITOR'S PASS ON THE VEHICLE WHEN IT WAS TOW. HE WAS CHARGE THE IMPOUND RATE WE CHARGE FOR THAT COMPLEX AND NO MORE. WE HAVE PERMISSION FROM THE COMPLEX TO TOW ALL VEHICLE COMPLY WITH THERE PARKING POLICIES. TO ADDRESS THE PART ABOUT BEING RUDE A YOUNG **** CALL ABOUT HIS CAR AFTER IT WAS TOWED AND ASKED WHY IT WAS TOWED WE REPLYED THERE WAS NO PARKING PERMIT ON THE VEHICLE AND THAT IS WHY IT WAS TOWED SHE SAID SHE HAD A **MAIL FROM THE RENT OFFICE SAYING THEY WERE OUT OF PARKING PASSES DATED 1/18/2023 WE REPONDED THAT IF THEY WERE OUT OF PASSES IT WOULDN'T TAKE THEM OVER A MONTH OR MORE TO GET MORE PARKING PASSES BACK IN STOCK. SHE OR HE NEVER PRODUCE THE **MAIL AND WHEN WE CONTACT THE COMPLEX OFFICE THE MANAGER TOLD US THAT THEY DIDN'T SEND ANY **MAIL STATING THAT BUT ****************** WAS IN THE BACK ROUND THE WHOLE TIME CUSSING AND SWEARING AND CALLING OUR ANSWERING SEVICE PERSON OUT SO THE ANSWERING PERSON ASKED HIM TO STOPING BEING SO RUDE ON THE ***** BECAUSE NO ONE WAS BEING RUDE TO EITHER ONE OF THEM AND WAS THEN QUIET AND HEARD THE **** SAY HE HAS HUNG UP AND THAT WAS THE END OF THE CONVERSATION. ****************** CAME THE NEXT MORNING AND PICK UP HIS VEHICLE AND NOTHING ELSE WAS SAID.
