GPL contracted to move my double wide mobile home. They have destroyed it during only 1/2 of the movement of the home. It has been left open to the elements and not secured sufficiently. The insulation has become saturated. Causing the ceiling and drywall to collapse and grow mold. The flooring has been rained on the past 7 months. The 1/2 that was moved had structural damage to the roof. GPL left the moved 1/2 on uneven dirt rather than on the poured cement footers as they rammed the tongue of the trailer into the dirt. Resulting in the frame of the home being bent. They continue lying and are aggressively in their speech. The owners even though paid 50% have refused phone calls. Clear weather on many scheduled moving dates over the past 7 months and GPL comes up with excuses. I have waited on scheduled dates at the sites expecting the home to be moved. GPL are NO-call-NO show. They have called their original crew who, cut the home in half "incompetent". Yet have not come complete the contract and move the home. I have tried to make a claim with their insurance Progressive. Whom they claim to be insured by. Progressive states the owner, ******* is aware Progressive is "not able to find coverage for this incident under the Progressive policy for Global Integrity Logistics LLC. The cargo policy they purchased does not TN: GPL MUST carry coverage for mobile homes if they are moving them. **** will say they are insured and send false insurance paperwork which he claims GPL's insurance coverage for mobile homes, but it is fraudulent. They should be rated Negative. To date my home is still not moved. And I will likely be forced to seek legal counsel. Please avoid this company.
