    if i can do zero review,i will. they have terrible customer service. almost every two weeks they forget to pick up our trash, and when i call to ask for assistance the lady on the phone has a horrible attitude. i also sent an email to the manager and they still don't fix the problem. i find this very unprofessional. And on top of that they still charge me for services. this is unacceptable.

    In response to the BBB complaint, the ******* Area President attempted many times to contact the customer by phone and upon successfully reaching the customer and discussing the issue, it was deemed that the issue was an older complaint and that current service levels had been satisfactory. The Area President gave the customer his direct line if any future issue were to arise. The customer seemed satisfied with the outcome. Meridian Wastes position is that the complaint has been addressed and resolved with a direct line of communication to the Area President with this customer if needed in the future.

    It has been a month since our first request to have their dumpster waste removed from our back year. This company keeps promissing that they are about to remove it but they don't. Where they have left their dumpster waste is blocking the city natural gas company to come and hook up the heater system to our house. It is winter and we have now heater because they don't remove their dumspter from our house.
