I am rejecting this response because:
First of all the letter from my house keeper was legitimate unfortunately she does not have the capability of writing the letter on letterhead so please do not try to discredit me because nothing I sent was false. Secondly the warranty issue that you continue to speak about was on your company not me, you hired that person I didnt That issue happened in August so that still does not justify why my bathroom was still not finished until December for a 4 day job. Your employees materials were at my house for months piling up dirt and dust in my home so yes my house needed a deep clean and that is what I got and paid for. If you would have had your guys come and clean their mess like any good contractor would do if they were in someones house for half a year then I wouldnt have had to pay for it myself. their materials all over my floors and in my bedroom for 6 months and when they finally finished they did not even send someone to come clean up their mess. I had my house keeper clean my whole house as and I had to get the outside power-washed as well. I sent over receipts and *** does not want to reimburse me fully for the services I had to pay for because of their employees negligence in caring for my home while repairing. *** went back and forth with me with what they would pay or what their "people" said they would charge for the services I had already paid for. My question is why didn't you send those "people" out in the first place as I had advised the lead contractor as well as the owner of the dissatisfaction of the way my home and personal items were left as well as the time it took to complete the reconstruction of my home. I have already sent photos over to *** to validate what I paid to have their mess cleaned up.

We provided the labor and material for the project in the amount of $8,461.31 in which a deposit was made in the amount of $5,730.66. There were warranty issues, which in good faith we corrected the issues at AWD cost. There was an outstanding balance of $2,730.65. Although I agree that final cleaning should have been provided in the bathroom room outside the bathroom, we would not be responsible for the entire house cleaning, therefore we offered to cover more than half of the cleaning bill at $150.00 of the (not a legit company invoice) handwritten letter stating it was $275.00. We also added credit for an exterior rug in the amount of $24.99, but no proof of purchase. We also provided a credit for pressure washing the sidewalk in the amount of $255.65, although invoice provided stated this was a house pressure washing not sidewalk. We also provided a $300.00 credit towards dry cleaning in which we asked several times for receipt but never received one. We have applied $730.65 credit to cover this expense minus part of the unaffected house cleaning and very little of the exterior house washing.

I will agree to cover the inside house cleaning at $275 and the rug at $25. Even though no receipt was given for dry cleaning, I applied a credit for $300.00 and I will cover most the exterior pressure washing at $255.65, the rest we would not cover being that we had nothing to do with exterior siding etc.  This will be a total credit of $855.65 which will be reduced from the total due of $2,730.65. I will have my office manager send you a new payment link with the difference of $1,875.00.

I had a hot water line break under my house. This was *** of 2021. The plumber I used told me about this company. The insurance company gave us a check and we paid them half. The other half was to be paid when the work was completed. I was told four different occasions they would send someone out. No one ever showed and I never received a phone call from them. The Communication between the office and the contractor and myself has been horrible. They wont let me know anything and just dont show up. I have been dealing with this for way to long. Now I cant get them to finish the work and they want full payment.
