On November 11th 2023 I purchased a wedding dress from Hayden Olivia Bridal, LLC. Upon purchase, I paid a 50% deposit of $1,749.52. I was told that the store would contact me when my dress was ready to ship, at which point I would pay the other 50% ($1,749.51), and the dress would be shipped by the designer in *********. I heard nothing more from the store, and in January I reached out to request a payment link for the second payment. On March 2, 2024 I paid the second payment of $1,749.51. I found out later that the store had closed down. On April 23rd I requested an update on shipping to ensure the order was still in process and I was told that the designer was allowing brides to dispute the payments so they could pay the designer directly. I informed the store owner that I had already paid in full so would not be disputing payment, to which the store owner responded that I could expect shipping information in the next few days. This response was on April 23rd 2023 and I have heard nothing from the store owner since, despite repeated requests for an update. I contacted the designer directly and they informed me on May 6, ******************************************************************************************************************** touch with her. Hayden Olivia Bridal was paid $3,319.39 on January 10, 2023 for a bridal gown and fabric for my December 2023 wedding. Numerous emails were sent back and forth promising delivery of my gown to no avail. Through an email exchange on October 4, 2023 ******* offered to cover a portion of my alterations as an apology for the delay in delivery of my gown. Multiple appointments were again cancelled due to no delivery of my bridal gown. An email was sent to me on October 18 2023, one day before another first look appointment was scheduled, stating the gown still had not arrived and that ******* would be covering all of my alterations as an apology. She explained that she was going through a rift with my dress designer and that was the reason for my gown not being delivered. I notified ******* on October 19, 2023 that I had purchased another gown for my wedding from another business and would like request a full refund of my $3,319.29 plus the cost of my alterations. On October 23, 2023 ******* emailed agreeing to cover the total of alterations plus refund me. The total for alterations was $757.75 and was sent via email to ******* on November 2,2023. ******* followed up on 11/06/2023 stating she would process my refund. After not receiving any money or hearing back from her I emailed her several times requesting an update. She responded on 11/21/23 requesting my Venmo information to send me alterations refund to and card information. Both were given to *************. Another follow up email sent from myself requesting an update. ******* responded on 12/5/2023 requesting bank information to deposit gown refund and Zelle information for alteration refund and both information was given that same business day. I went to Hayden Olivia bridal on 9/27/23 and 9/28/23. I picked out my dress and my mother paid $3000 out of the $3388.02 in cash to HOB. The last payment of ****** was to be paid for upon receiving my dress. On Saturday February 3rd I woke up to a news reporter telling me Hayden Olivia bridal has been closed for renovations I got in contact with ******* asking her what is going on she didn't reply back to my email right away so I contacted the designer the designer has my dress already made and it is ready for me to pick up in ******* but ******* back the owner of Hayden Olivia bridal still owes over $1,000 on my dress. I have for this past week been in contact with the *** of ***************** and ******* ******* quit replying back to my emails on Wednesday February 7th. I contacted ******************* this morning to find out that ******* has been lying to me when she says she has paid for my dress this past week. I have contacted the company that I got my veil from and they are looking into the situation that is happening. There is now a lawsuit from the *** against ******* back for almost $30,000 I just want my dress paid for so I can pick it up and have happy memories and put this all behind me.Business Response

The facts are ********************************* gown had a due date of 2/20/2024. ****** still has a balance due of $338.02 of which I didn't invoice her for.
She received notification that her gown was released and ready for pick up on 2/12/2024, 7 full business days counting the 20th AHEAD OF THE DUE DATE, by both myself and the gown designer. She received her veil as well which was shipped to her on the 15th, also ahead of schedule.
****** has chosen to believe a false narrative/ smear campaign via a news station. I am in contact with the owner/gown designer of whom I've worked with for many years weekly as we still have gown shipping weekly. It is customary that a gown is charged for and shipped/released the same day. ******************* told ****** her gown was ready and once released it could be shipped to her or she could pick it up. I am copied on all correspondence. There is not a lawsuit- there is a petition filed to amend an old tax return. I wish ****** the best.

My daughter and I (I actually paid for it) bought a wedding dress from this company - they had to order it from the designer. We ordered it March 10, 2023 and paid a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% was paid on Sept 8, 2023 after receiving an email asking for the balance because the dress was about ready to ship. The total amount paid was $3,051.26.They are now closed and you cannot reach them. We have been consistently trying to reach them since December to make an appointment to try on and pick up the dress. They will email everyone once in a while to say they will follow up with the last email saying they are just going to ship the dress and will send the tracking info. That was January 11, ****. Multiple brides (per the ****** reviews) have experienced the same treatment.Business Response

July 2023 dress was ordered with around a $1500 deposit Dress was supposed to arrive in November ********************************************************************* and will get back go me but does not. Dozens of new reviews about brides being scammed on ******* Salon no longer even works with the dress designer they sold me. I was scammed out of my deposit for a dress I cannot find. They are stealing money and miraculously their phone lines are down and now their business is closed for renovations.Business Response

To Whom this May ********************** find documentation attached. This bride and her family are now harassing my family and leaving numerous bad reviews across my and my families online businesses and platforms. Gown Ordered, took deposit to order, placed order, communicated with her throughout and then she disputed on 1/17 of which I approved therefore has received her money back from her card company.

I am rejecting this response because: she knows she did not place the order for my dress and continued to carry out bad business practices to me and dozens of other brides. See attached confirmation that the dress order was not placed. Also see dozens of emails where I was promised EOD responses and never received them. Months before my wedding I found out I was dress-less and the only reason she refunded me is because I left reviews and disputed the charge; had I not disputed with *********** I would not have received my money back. Most importantly, I had to spend $500 to fly to another state 3 hours away to retrieve a dress (that wasn't even mine) and would like to be compensated considering I had to miss work during that time and got the flu on that flight (putting me out of work for days).Lastly, leaving honest reviews about an experience her business provided is not harassment, and there are several people completely unrelated to me leaving those reviews because she has wronged so many brides of *********. My family members were victims as well since they had to help me through this extremely stressful scenario and financially contributed to my dress.
