    I ordered my dress in September of 2023 and was told it would come in in February of 2024. Come March, I hadnt heard anything. When I finally got a hold of someone, they told me they didnt know where the dress was. I kept checking in and they said they found it and it would be in in June or July.I came to try it on and it was MASSIVE. I could spin in it and not touch the sides. They said the manufacturer must have sent them the wrong dress and they would get my dress within a week. Two weeks later they got me a dress that fit better, but was still extremely weird fitting. My seamstress said she could fox it and I left her office feeling okay. Two days later she texted me pictures of an absolutely butchered dress telling me that it had already been altered by someone. It had been taken in six inches on either side (with yellow thread). Some of the seams had been ripped and left that way. I immediately called Hayden Olivia for an explanation and got no response so I called the manufacturer. The manufacturer said that my dress was never paid for by Hayden Olivia and had been sitting in ******* since January. They did mention they were missing a plus size trunk show dress in my style. Speculation of intentions aside, I received my dress two weeks before my wedding. I am fortunate to have an incredibly responsive seamstress to make alterations possible in such a short time. Working with Hayden Olivia was an absolute nightmare.
