    ****************** accepted payment for an order i placed on 12/14/24, (2) 4ft high bay LED shop lights and one wall pack light for exterior. Ecoledlighting provided a confirmation email on 12/15/24 stating order would be processed and delivered between December 20th and 23rd. the dates came and went with no verification of order, also had tracking app website suggested. i installed the app on my phone and entered tracking number provided #****, tracking app only had processing order with no change since the email on 12/15/24. I waited till after holidays, hoping the delivery process was the reasons for delays. i have sent 3 or more emails, tried website contact email and phone calls with no success. Phone numbers were a temporarily out of service message for the last week. Today i searched the BBB website and learned there has been several complaint's and would like a refund at this time to get my project finished.

    Order placed to Eco LED on November 4th, 2024. Order was accepted, with follow-up email stating delivery was expected on November 12 or 13th. Account noted payment was completed to Eco on ********* 5th for $152.10. When expected delivery days came and went, I attempted to contact support at *** using their direct number as listed on website. Phone was an automated recording stating that all ***resentatives were busy; therefore, I left a voicemail with my name and return number. No ***ly. I then attempted to contact Eco again by both voicemail and email ( per their on line support mail) and again no ***ly/return call or email ***onse. I followed by using the CHAT option on their site three times, each time leaving the reason for my call and requesting a delivery date for my purchase. I was notified of my place in the queue, and the time a *** would pick up. NOTHING. The CHAT was the last option, and same was ustilized the middle of last week. Again, not a word from any ***resentative. Due to the continued lack of response from this company, I now believe that I have been had. Very disappointing, as the product I purchased looks pretty cool and my post base is ready for the new install. Can you help with this? I can't understand the complete lack of customer support. Actually, the lack of contact is alarming, as I dont know if this is a scam.

    I order on sep 24th 2024 , I paid $8700 I try to call no one answer and no reply on email also . my order number is #**** please if you can try to help me its almost 2 month and I did not received my order

    On October 17, 2024 I purchased track lighting from ECO LED Lightings via the website, Confirmation #E9L31FVFX. The shipment was scheduled to arrive October 24. On October 28 I requested status as no delivery information had been received, and the product had not arrived. Having heard no response, on Oct 30 I begged for a reply. I received a reply late that night saying the product was on back order and would arrive late the following week. I was offered the opportunity to "wait or explore alternative options." I understood this to mean the product would arrive at ECO LED then be shipped to me. I decided I would prefer to wait, and requested the shipping information as soon as possible. I have not heard from them again despite several phone calls and emails on November 11, 13, and 18. In my last email November 18, I said I would have to dispute the charges with the credit card company and file a complaint with BBB if I did not hear from them by the end of day November 19. I did not hear from them. I have disputed the charges with the credit card company. I am now 30 days behind on my construction project. I request compensation for the loss of time and business as a result.
