    I ordered a few lights in the beginning of November, estimated delivery date was 11/19. Nothing has been delivered and am unable to reach by phone. Disputing charges with the bank.

    Only 5 out of 15 fixtures arrived with the delivery. I made repeated attempts to resolve the issue via phone. I left repeated voicemails. I was able to speak with someone once who assured me that they would resolve the issue. I was never again able to speak to someone even after repeated phone calls and emails to the help desk. It is now 2 weeks later, and I still do not have a resolution to the problems with our order.

    One of the worst companies that I could have ordered from. If there were less than 1 star I would have given them less than 1 star. I ordered LED lights from them and I wanted to return them. I had to follow up with them multiple times to get a refund. I had to remind them 3 weeks after I returned the product to get my refund. When I got my refund, they deducted 30% of the amount and say that they charge for shipping the product back and a restocking fee. This company is in the business of cheating customers. Please do not ever order anything from them.

    Beware. Do not purchase from this business. Their marketing looks good but their service is brutal. I purchased four lights from them for my garage. I contacted them for mounting instructions. They informed me that I needed to purchase mounting brackets. Three weeks after paying for the brackets, I asked for an eta. They said that their shipper just informed them that they lost my shipment. They assured me that they were shipping replacements. Three weeks later, I emailed them asking for an eta. They informed me that their supplier stopped making the mounting brackets and they are looking for other solutions. They are refusing to let me return the four lights. Now we are stuck with a dark garage and four lights that we can not use. Do not buy from this company. Beware.
