    I booked a room at the Cherokee Lodge online in April ****************** October 2024 and prepaid for the reservation. When I arrived in October 24, 2024, the motel was closed. I had received no notification that from Cherokee Lodge that it was closed nor was I refunded my money. I would like a refund of the money I paid.

    We had a reservation at this hotel and paid in full. Dates were for 7.19.2024 and 7.20.2024. Upon arrival the hotel was out of business. Some type of employee was on the property and said the person who owned the business had taken all documentation and computer records and left about 2 weeks ago. Is there any way to have our money returned to us?

    Sorry about the inconvenience. Our property was taken and shut down by the Tribe for reasons out of our control. We are currently in court for this disgusting act by the Tribe and Tribal Members. The person you spoke to was not an employee of ours but I am assuming a member of the Tribe that is now living there. They did not give us anytime to get our possessions or time to handle any refunds for our future guests. We will give you a refund please just give us time in this frustrating situation that was put on us for unlawful reasons. I will be reaching out to you personally for information needed to refund you. Once again we sincerely apologize.
