    If I could give this a zero star I would. I was supposed to stay here with my family and friends in a week and a half. With absolutely no notice they have shut their doors with no sight of any refund.

    Their customer service is not professional, highly unkind. We had to leave early due to a family emergency and we were told that we would get a refund. We checked out at 9:30am and I even asked about the refund. ******* who my wife and I spoke to on the phone before checking out, stated We can give you your money back. So we left. It was a credit, we would have stayed or agreed to it. When I went in to check out and give the room keys back, ******* stated that the refund would be back in my account in 3-5 days. No refund 3-5 days later, I call and they say they dont do refunds and would have to talk to ******* and call me back. No call back so I called back this evening and ******* answered so I asked her about it and she wanted to act like none of this even happened and called someone else over to the phone. I didnt get her name, she didnt give it. She wanted to act like a jerk and tell me to reach out to my credit card company because they dont give refunds. One thing, do not tell me something and turn around and tell someone something different. She ten proceeded to tell me that ******* has been working for them for years and wouldnt say anything like that, but in fact she did. I also wouldnt make up something like that, the lady was basically calling me a lair but didnt say it. This place , I wouldnt recommend this place to ANYONE!!!! Wish I could get my money back or that place shut down!!!
