It has come to our attention that this individual operates under numerous aliases and engages in a pattern of deceptive practices.The original claim was, 'I had a vision of a two-level deck that was hard to describe, but ****** got it and helped me...' The reality is far from this. Multiple Homeowners have reported significant discrepancies between promised work and the final outcome, resulting in substandard construction and financial *********. Swain demonstrates a consistent disregard for contractual obligations, often failing to complete projects, providing inferior workmanship, and evading responsibility. His use of multiple business names and frequent changes in contact information raise serious concerns about his intent to defraud.We strongly advise homeowners to exercise extreme caution and refrain from engaging the services of ****** or any associated aliases and businesses. ****** all contractor credentials thoroughly, obtain multiple written estimates, and document all agreements in detail.For homeowners who have been defrauded by this individual, we recommend exploring legal recourse under applicable statutes, such as G.S. ****** (if relevant to your jurisdiction), and reporting any potential tax evasion to the ************************ (IRS).
