On 11/4/2024 a technician came out to replace the coil due to a recall. The coil was leaking water and causing the unit to freeze. On 11/6/2024 we noticed that house was getting and staying hotter that what the thermostat was set on. On 11/7/2024 I call Swaim back because my house was 85 degrees when I can home from work. The company told me to turn the air off and they would send the technician back out. On 11/8/2024 the technician refilled the refrigerant again for the second time and said the *** valve was bad. When I came home from work, my house was 75 degrees and my thermostat was set for 69. Again, the house is still not cooling, the humidity in my house is 98% and the outside unit is making a skreething sound. I called the company back for them to send another technician out. They stated another part was replaced, not the valve that the technician stated. Basically I am back to square one. Unfortunately, Swaim won't be able to send another technician out until 11/12/2024. Which means I will go 3 days without any air conditioning

This is not a system we sold or installed; it is a system we agreed to service through a home warranty company.  We ordered and replaced the coil when it came in because of a recall/water leak.  After we left, the new valve on the new coil developed a problem.  After diagnosing, ordering and receiving another new valve we repaired the system.  Both repairs were completed as soon as we received the replacement parts.  Of course we didnt expect the new valve to have an issue, but after receiving the replacement the final repair was completed on Nov. 20.
