    Swaim is an exceptional company. In particular ***** just fixed my downstairs ac condensation return. I am totally impressed once again with this company.

    These guys (and gals) ROCK! Our utility companies, ie gas and electric, gave us nothing but trouble, ***** handled everything they tried to throw at us ***** was ahead of them every step of the way. Professional and friendly is how I would describe everyone we came into contact with. Love this company!!!

    We have had our generator installed on July 5th. To this very day ( Aug. 21) we have been unable to properly use said generator because it has failed 3 separate city inspections. This company is hands down the most incompetent company I have used for anything. They have **** poor communication when inspections are supposedly scheduled and most importantly, they have failed. On. 3. Separate. Occasions. When it’s simply a matter of them doing what the city tells them to do. They instead choose to argue with city officials and do what they think is best when they’re completely incompetent and blatantly lacking the needed expertise.
    I would NOT recommend this company FOR ANYTHING due to their total incompetence. BUYER BEWARE.
