    Extremely disappointed and scammed by this organization(business owners)! I understand illness and life events which may impact having to adjust schedules; yet when a contract is devised, (by the organization owners) to include services which they noted to be covered in the cost (contract); one pays (me the consumer) yet one is asked to pay for services noted included in the contract, business integrity issues emerge. Superior Construction Owners were asked in writing on 2/25/2025 to refund a $5000.00 minimum amount against a $16.500+ amount consumer paid by 3/31/ for incompleted work of a 168 square foot room. As of today's date and 2/25/2025 when organization asked me to purchase home siding (which was included in contract agreement organization to purchase), I haven't heard or received any form of communications from the organization (business owners). All I ask for is a refund from the business owners due to having to get the room completed by other means.

    We had a covered patio added to the back of our house and Superior Construction did a excellent job. They were very responsive to our ideas and the employees were great. We would definitely use again.

    We want to thank Superior for the beautiful job they did building our new porch and deck! We are thrilled with how this project turned out. ****** and *** made sure we were happy with everything. Their construction team is top notch and we will definitely call on them again in the future!
