    When visiting ************ for a concert, I noticed when checking into my hotel that there was a flyer for a shuttle from my hotel to the concert and back to the hotel at the end of the concert. A friend and I reached out to this shuttle service and gave our credit card information in advance for our round trip shuttle for both of us. Not only on the way to the concert was the shuttle service late picking us up at the promised time. When we received our to the shuttle service to ask her eta, she was extremely rude and short with us. Finally when dropped off at the concert venue, the shuttle service told us to take a mental note of where we were dropped off. That wed meet up at the same spot when the concert was over. We even snapped a picture of this location because were not from this area. When we sat waiting for the service, we did also call the number provided for the service. The driver pretended she was at the pickup location when the was not. We made several phone calls to her to the shuttle driver with no cooperation from her on her end. Causing us to pay even more for an **** back to our hotel. When speaking with passengers on the shuttle who inquired about our whereabouts- the shuttle driver got angry with the other passengers and told them not to get involved in her passengers situation. Shuttle driver not only accepted when refusing to provide promises services she was rude and extremely inappropriate to not only my friend and I but all customers on the bus.
