      I'm writing this review for the woman harassed by Motel 6, Hickory, **, a problem so vast it happened to several women there but only one said she could complain to BBB--as a result, I was told by Extended Stay she would never again stay at Motel 6 despite who's in the wrong being clear. She also told me it happened when she was with ****--I decided to contact **** which worked; the guy disappeared. He was running the entire property--with his pants. When he asked me about another female customer's whereabouts after she left I didn't catch it. One problem at Motel 6 was smoke alarms--they leave those on for you because they left several on for everyone; after being told by Motel 6 that if I didn't like beeping smoke alarms I could leave I contacted the *********************** (after the ***** several times). Motel 6 was furious that I did so; Motel 6 was all about profit and not common sense. I've been banned by Motel 6 and probably all of them for calling the fire department on a simple maintenance problem they ignored entirely. I was also told by Motel 6 that if I didn't move my vehicle for their web site I would be towed off and evicted. I refused to move because I don't work for Motel 6; that got me banned, too; when I moved to Extended I was hounded there by Motel 6--Extended told me a week into the game that I couldn't stay there because Motel 6 didn't want me to. Despite Extended telling me my being at Extended had nothing to do with Motel 6, Extended lacked the stones to stand up to the crazies. As far as I know, I've been banned from both; there remains a Motel 6 smoke alarm out heard at ****-****, *******, **--at night you can hear it from Auto Zone. It is the first time a hotel asked my whereabouts before as well as trailed me later. After three months of several out-of-order smoke alarms I called Motel 6 customer service who told me it would be fixed but it wasn't and still isn't. Motel 6 does, though, excel at slander, blame and campaigns
