  They are unprofessional and do not listen to there patients, I made an 120 mile round trip to place of business just to be told they didnt do my dentures, and would not make me replacements until I was half way home and then they called telling me it was an misunderstanding, and I could make another appointment!! I used to like this place until it changed from DDS to affordable

  My wife went to Affordable Dentures in Conover mid January for upper dentures. She had dental insurance but AD said she had to pay total ($2092$) up front & file insurance claim herself. ***************** sent Affordable Dentures $709 because they said they had a contract with them. Now we cant get the money that is ours back from Affordable Dentures. Will be filing complaint with BBB & see what our options are. May have to go to small claims court. Wouldnt recommend Affordable Dentures to anyone

  I just had the most uncomfortable surgery experience ever. I had 5 hours of surgery to have 14 teeth and 4 implants removed. 8 new implants were placed. No anesthesia and the doctor told me he couldn't give me more Novocaine. It was painful then and it is painful now. They also promised to place my new teeth but we're unable to because they are concerned the implants won't hold. I am very disappointed with this facility because it has no interest in keeping customers, not patients comfortable before or after you pay them.

  Very poor fit and they don't care once they have your money. Even if you have to pay more at a reputable practice, it will cost you less in the long run.

  less that 1 negative 1 star here. $17K IN THE ***** On day of appointment, office called to come in early, Dr. had a plane to catch, wife went back, had all teethe pulled, and several anchors set. She had all the mads at home, preplanned. Pain all week, went back for follow up, they added 2 more anchors. Stated she had an infection, more meds. The next week..still infected..more meds..OVER 6 WEEKS! Could not wear the dentures.. Went to the local Dentist, he recommended a 2nd look. Went to another Oral Surgeon, xrays showed bits and pieces of bone "floating" removed last two anchors, and the bone chipe. infection was gone in 3 days.The temp dentures still don't fit, and hurt. How do you make plates while the teeth are still in place? No call backs...but they got the money! And my wife has no teeth. This office is a sham!!!!!!***** ***** Affordable Implants and Dentures....don't go there! Now my wife can't eat anything harder than baby food.

  The only reason I came to this location was I was referred from a friend said he loved the dentist. So I go for a consultation before you know it. They sign me up for Care credit knowing I had to have a bone removed on the roof of my mouth before they could even touch my teeth So now I'm on the hook for a bill 3 months before they can even touch me come back. To find out that another dentist has taken over the practice Have my teeth pulled. They give me some dentures that don't fit my mouth at all. Had to come back the next day to have them size down so I could at least put them in my mouth after several soft liners put in. Apparently the first lady didn't know how to do them. Took three times to find the right person to do them correctly. That lasted longer than a month. Then I find out I can't get my permanent dentures until I have four teeth fixed. Should have told me that before they pulled my teeth. Took me sometime to be able to afford getting the four fixed. Finally come back to get the permanent teeth and I find out I have a new dentist again since 2020. Till now they have gone through three dentists at this location. Finally get the permanent teeth and they' look nothing close to the temporary set. I had obnoxiously big and don't fit. Then I find out they don't do soft liners. How can my temporary teeth fit my mouth better than the permanent teeth? Then I'm told there's nothing they can do that. I signed off on them. I didn't want to take the teeth with me. The lady said well. You're not getting new ones so I grab my so-called permanent teeth and walked out. Do not waste your time nor your money going to this location that seems to constantly change dentist. Very dissatisfied and will let everyone know not to go there calling better Business bureau after this review

  The entire process, from initial consul, to extraction, to temps, to permanent dentures very very rushed. Im sure if the dentist would have his way he pull out 4 teeth at a time! Very painful, even with local anesthetic. Quick to take you money and dont care how many times you have to go back for tweaking.The temporaries fitted very badly and the teeth were grossly big.Then came the permanent dentures and Im sure the technician who made them must have been drunk! Completely lob-sided and crooked, one side smooth with jaw and the other side teeth jutting out making the lip look like I have a permanent swollen area. Extremely difficult to chew with, top and bottom dentures. Bad fitting and cannot eat at all even with comfort inserts.Overall the experience and outcome wasnt worth the expensive cost.Both my husband and myself had dentures done and his look almost identical to mine, since when are 2 people made from the same mold? Not possible!Would never recommend them to anyone.. ******** ** location.

  They got that star because I had no choice. My husband called to get me emergency dental appointment. We go in same day with insurance card in hand. That was really all they wanted to **** our insurance. I wanted a wisdom tooth removed ASAP. Instead o was told my blood pressure was too high ironically a reading I never had for my blood pressure. I was also told I have periodontitis and need dentures I said I don't want dentures. The chick proceeded to tell me that was my only option. I guess supposed to be incompetent because I need dental work badly. She never cared to say it was linked to my diabetes or nothing tried to make it seem as if I don't brush my teeth. This place is disturbing and full of manipulation. You could get better dental results at a gas station with an outside bathroom. Hurstbourne ********** location.
