    Emails and web site does not clarify that they are ONLY an internet company, even though they provide their physical address. I drove for 2 1/2 hours from ************** to see their equipment and discuss the different models to insure they fit my tractor. I do not want to buy something, have it shipped and it not be compatible. They advertise several different models/ configurations for grapples. On arrival all doors were locked with employee only signs and a phone number. I called the number from the parking lot and was told they are an online only business and did not show equipment on site. The person further said all they have are sold and there would be at least 12 week wait for products. It would be helpful if that was included in the daily emails they send out.

    We manufacture the EA Attachments on our website with factory direct shipping.  Demand and material sourcing issues, which is common in this industry and beyond, have extended lead times for many of our attachments, but our loyal customers, who demand the best, understand and are usually willing to wait. Nothing about our online presence, which includes our ************** with over ****** members and ******* channel, with ****** plus subscribers, leads anyone to believe that we have a showroom or storefront with outside sales during business hours.  EA is always a phone call or email away if any assistance is needed, rather than assuming something on our website is readily available at our ******* location. Since the majority of our business is online, with no local advertising, and with our sales staff being constantly on the phone, we do not keep extra personnel for sales outside of our facility, but do welcome people to browse around the factory, even though what they see is in the manufacturing process and/or waiting for pickup.  I hope this explains.  Sorry for the inconvenience.
