On October 20, 2023 I purchased a set of 48" Compact Tractor Pallet Forks (3000lb capacity). My order number is #******. I received a phone call from the company on February 7th, 2024 that my order would be shipped to the **** LTL terminal in *******, ** for me to take delivery. I was told I would receive a confirmation email when the item shipped with a tracking number. After waiting until February 16th for the shipping email I began calling the vendor daily for an update. I've tried both phone numbers listed on the website ****************************** No one answers either number. While there is an option to leave a voice message, the message box is full. I called the **** terminal twice (February 21st & 29th) to determine if the item was shipped. To date the terminal has not received the item. I would like to either receive the item or have my money returned.Initial Complaint

I placed the order back in Nov, **************************************************** early Jan and they said 4 months instead of the original 3. I've been calling and emailing past 4 weeks with no response trying to get an update (VM full, no return call or emails). On September 6, 2023 i ordered a landscape rake for $1197.08. The rake was supposed to be shipped early January of 2024. I contacted Everything Attachments in December of 2023 to touch base. They claimed the order would be a week or 2 delayed. In the past 2 days I have called them over 10 times, no answer and full voicemail box. According to a post on the companys ******* page made by a viewer they claim the company is being sued for delinquency on loan payments. I want a refund of my money, at this point it does not look like I will ever receive my attachment from these crooks!Initial Complaint

On 9/12/2023 I ordered a Box Blade tractor attachment from Everything Attachments (EA).They were paid $2,908.50 in full at the time the order was placed - which is the normal practice with this company.Was told the item would ship in 3-4 months (beginning of January/2024).They arent answering their phone or email (tried both numerous times, but I have not received any kind of responses).Ive paid for an item in full and have not received it.Can you help?Customer Answer

- Placed order with Everything Attachments (EA), for a 84 Severe Xtreme Duty Box Blade.
- Cost of ordered item + ***** sales tax + shipping = $2,908.50
- *** standard EA practice I had to pay in full at the time the order was placed.
- Paid with my debit card (not credit card), so the full payment was immediately width drawn from my bank account.
- Was told the ordered item would ship in 3-4 months. Hence, around the beginning of 2024
- To this date I have not received the ordered item that has been fully paid for.
- Numerous calls & emails have not been answered by Everything Attachments

Ordered a tractor implement for the price of $2628.95 on 9/21/23 was given a 4 month build estimate. Called the company beginning of January to find out the status of my purchase and was told would be shipped middle to end of January. February 6th have not received any new information on status. I get on line to look up the phone number and the ****** listing is listed as temporarily closed. I call no answer and voicemail is full. Ordered a land plane from them in August of 2023. They insisted pre-payment up front with delivery in 14 weeks. After 14 weeks I asked for an update and they said it would be another couple of weeks. Checked again and was told on January 30th it would ship the next day. It now appears they are either temporarily closed or out of business. I ordered a grapple for a tractor from this place on 6-8-2023 at a price of $2,399.00 plus tax. The order number was ******. I received the grapple but it had the wrong hydraulic couplers instead of the ones that I ordered and will not operate on my tractor. I informed the company and said would be happy to install them myself if they would just ship me the correct ones. They admitted their mistake and they said they would ship the correct ones to me. A couple weeks went by and I still had not received the couplers. I called the company again and their representative admitted that the replacement couplers had been shipped to the wrong address. I called the place where the couplers were sent, and found out that the had been refused and shipped back to Everything Attachments. So I called them and they said as soon as they received them, they would ship them to me. A week went by, and still no couplers. I called them again and said I believed they had ample time to get me those couplers, and that if they were having trouble getting them back, then send me another pair. The rep told me that they did not have another set, and that they were completely out of couplers. I find that hard to believe since this is a major manufacturer of tractor implements. They put out hundreds of implements a year.I suggested to them that another option was to order me some online and have them shipped to me, but they refused. They said that I could order some and send them the receipt and they would reimburse me. That is not acceptable to me, as I have no guarantee that they will honor that agreement. I don't trust them, and I think I'm getting the run-around. I told them that if I didn't have the couplers within a reasonable period of time, I was going to file a complaint with the BBB. That was a week and a half ago, so here it is. So they have agreed that there was mistake that should be rectified. Whatever trouble they are having locating couplers, it is still their responsibility to have some sent to me. At this point, this $2,300.00 piece of equipment is unusable. I want them to either send me the correct couplers, or a check for $59.75 which is what it would cost me to order some myself. I am including an email in which they admit their mistake. Also a screenshot of what it would cost me to order the couplers myself.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:
The company is correct in stating they have notified me of their intention to send me the parts. However I do not want this matter closed unless and until I actually have them in my possession. I will advise BBB if and when I receive them and the whether or not they are in fact the correct parts as well as their condition. Thank you for your continued help and patience in this matter.
