    This company continues to be present when searching for Equipment and Parts for Equipment. They are no longer in business as they do not answer the phone and their mailbox is full.

    Business was still taking orders online even though they shut down and laid off their employees. They are shut down and many orders are outstanding. Customers will not be receiving their ordered items and will have to fight for credit card charge backs.

    I ordered the 55 grappler on 11/16/23 and they said it would be a couple months out. I also have tried calling multiple times over the last 2 months- their voicemail is always full. I have emailed several times, with no reply. Of course, they charged my credit card $3,270.61. I have opened a dispute with my credit card company and am trying to get that back.********

    Have tried multiple times to get a hold of them by phone emails. Cant leave voicemail because its full. Wont call ya back. After seeing all the bad reviews. This place NEEDS to GO OUT of Business. Will spend my money elsewhere. Maybe Bidens economic policies will finish them off. They both need to go.

    Placed order January 10, *************************************** email. When I try to look at my account it says invalid password but reset sends an email but then says URL was only valid 24 hours yet email was just sent. Has this business closed? And of course they billed my credit card.

    I placed an order for a plow at the end of January ****. After several emails and one phone call with a fairly unpleasant guy named "***", they have become unreachable. *** told me they were in the middle of inventory and he would call me back in a week--that was three weeks ago. Since then, nothing. No email responses, no one ever answers the phone, voice-mail box is full. I can't even cancel the order because I can't get a hold of anyone. I needed the implement to create trenches for rainwater runoff but the damage is done. Highly recommend NOT purchasing from this company.

    ***** L 15 Feb 24 Ordered Grapple 6 Nov 23 with expected build of 4 months. Was billed at time of the order. Have not been able to contact the company as of 15 Feb 24 for the past 2 weeks for an update. Have they gone out of business?

    I bought a "Wicked 66" Root Grapple from this company last year, it was supposed to be delivered this month February 2024.After calling ******************, **. Police I have found that they are in Bankruptcy!We want our money back!We want the BBB to remove the A+ rating and help me get our money back!

    I purchased on line a Drum Aerator on 10/3/24 and still have not received it. They process my $2,670.00 payment on 10/6. Today is 2/4/24 and I cannot get in touch with them or get any status updates. This company are thief's and someone need to go to jail!
