  Billed at order instead of at shipping -potentially giving them four months use of my money. Did not tell me they were going to do that. Called once to complain, person I needed to talk to wasnt there and got rude comments from fellow who was. Called again and cancelled order. Asked to give credit back as quickly as they billed. Will not be dealing with them again.

  Follow up on my 9-14-23 post. I have received a full refund on my account for the purchase. Spoke with ****** at EA and everything has been resolved. I hope the BBB reads and withdrawals any more inquires for EA Will try to purchase the unit once again.

  Purchased bucket from company, did not fit tractor. They sent pieces to weld onto it. Not willing to pay or do anything to actually fix it. Terrible company

  I have bought attachments from this company and every time I have had a wonderful interaction, they know their equipment and bend over backwards to help you find the right equipment. I just called them to find a part from a tiller that I bought in 2017 and within 15 minutes they had it on the way. This is an excellent company and I will continue doing business with them.

  Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my ************************************************************************************************************************** multiple times while I was explaining the situation. This was from their management. Horrible. I highly recommend not using them for anything.

  This guy purchased one of our box blades, used, and from a dealer with zero connection to EA, because we do not have dealers. We were told that the original owner of this box blade is no longer living, and the box blade in question did have a recall, and we sent details of the recall to the original owner. We do not know how the dealer acquired the EA box blade, but he somehow did, and sold it to the guy leaving this review, for an agreed upon price between the two of them. After taking delivery, the ripper shank failed, due to the recall fix not being implemented, because the original owner's unfortunate passing. SO, **** let the dealer know about the failure, and, rather than contacting EA about the failure, the dealer apparently took it upon himself to repair the box blade. Had the dealer contacted EA, the recall parts in question would have been sent, with zero issues. Any responsible dealer should know to take care of due diligence such as this PRIOR to performing a repair, even if said dealer were a dealer for EA(EA has no dealers, anyway, but we would have provided the parts). So, in this case, the customer either paid the dealer for the repair, or he has a bill from the dealer for a repair. Either way, the sale of this box blade in question was between the dealer and customer, and prior to performing ANY service or replacing ANY parts, the proper steps should have been taken. It's like that in this industry, or any other industry anyone deals with. EA, even today, still offered the recall parts to the customer, but, as you can see, he is beyond understanding. I hope this helps explain a complicated situation, which really should have never gotten complicated.

  everything attachments messed up the measurements of where you mount the grapple to the front end loader. they sent me a templete to check everything. even there templete would not fit the grapple either. then they tried to tell me that my tractor was probably bent and it was a new tractor that has never been used. ended up having to take it to thier shop which was over 3hrs round trip. come to find out they had messed up the grapple and the new one fit like it was suppose to. the man that was giving me all these excuses never would even come out to check or to see what was going on. he sent an hourly employee to deal with it . and he told me that they had messed up on several before it was caught and corrected. but never admitted it to the paying public just kept making up excuses why it wouldnt fit and it was always the tractors fault not the attachments. will never do bussiness with them ever again and would like to warn anybody else out there
