      I checked in to hotel yesterday and was not made aware that there is no running fridge, no microwave, no luggage rack, NO HOT WATER. I tried to tell the concierge this morning and waited 20 minutes. Currently working in health care and traveling, I had to go. Came in this evening went over my complaint and nothing changed or offered to be changed. In health care you desperately need hot water

      LAKE NORMAN **************************** Travel April 26th to May 2nd We went here for a week vacation. Staff was dealing with lots of drama with folks staying there. I think I was asked 4 times for money and 3 times to buy stuff. Toilet leaked/ refrigerator froze everything we put in it/ doors slamming at 2 am and people arguing in hallways constantly every night. But through all of this it was a place to sleep and visit different places. Most staff was very informative and friendly. But manager **** did nothing about all the stuff mentioned above. He just introduced himself to me and that's it. And was amazing and two ladies at the front desk helped a lot and made the stay worth it. Will we stay there again, NO. Will we say to other go stay there, NO.But over all it was okay. Plus they were renovating the rooms right next to us and below us. Super loud at 7 pm when sign says ends at 5pm. Pot smoking in rooms and hallways which caused me issues because I am very allergic to it.I asked to change rooms due to smell and was told all rooms will smell like pot and was told I had to deal with it. Which was crazy because I am disabled with brain injury and it can cause me to have a seizure. We asked several times this and was told very no.Being renovated Loud doors and people coming and going all night long. Yelling and screaming. Threatening to kill each other. Pot smoking in halls and rooms( which I am extremely allergic to) Toilet leak Refrigerator froze everything Safety People ask for money several times People threatening to kill each other People arguing in halls and yelling at each other waking everyone up We were nervous to park behind hotel during our stay due to all the drama

      my wife *********************** made reservations with the listed hotel for 5/12/23.we arrived aprox 4pm. left for dinner to return to a very noisy airconditioner in our room.My wife called front desk to ask something to be done or have another room.after several attempts the front desk clerk told us to unplug the airconditioner and to close the drapes to keep it cooler.my wife went down(after 5 hours of several calls and visits to the front desk) to hear again there are no more rooms. my wife proceeded to show her on their own site there were 3 available. also my wife called hotels .com and as timing was perfect they from hotel.com called the hotel as my wife was there to tell them they have 3 rooms and must give them a room.we were sent to another room only to find a faulty toilet that to flush we had to lift the lid and pull the chain and the sink faucet once you turned it on you had to push down on the back verses using the handle to shut off.these didnt just happen over night. also the pool was closed for everones use.we had a terrible time with this hotel and the staff made it worse with their lies about no xtra rooms. i did send a email but have gotten no responce as of yet.
