      We book a room for 2 days on July 10., we have a 3 and a 4 year old. The room had a very strong mild dew and mold smell. The closest was off the hinges, just swinging in the air, light fixture had ***** water in it, the door did not close due to swelling around the doorway from water damage. We asked for a different room because one of the kids has bad breathing issues and needs a breathing machine. They told us we can check out. It was late night, so we got a refund for the next night and tried to get through the night. I took off my shoes and realized the whole carpet was soaking wet, which explains the strong smell. I went to the desk again, to report the new issue. No one came to see or check it. It was clear they already knew about these issues and still rented this room to my family. The clerk at the desk was very unprofessional and rude also uncaring. The kids were vomiting complaining of headaches and stomach aches. Again we were told to check out if we don't like it and reminded about a soccer game and we will not find another place. We packed up the kids and left at midnight. They didn't offer nothing, no apology, refused to give us another room and just stared. This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. No refund offer. It's clear they know how bad there place is. Wall paper hanging off the wall in the hallways exposing the mold underneath. The smell is toxic in some areas. It's beyond a bad hotel, it's dangerous at this point and needs a visit from the health department or even shut down.
