5 starsExcellent Crawlspace Encapsulation Service!We are absolutely thrilled with the crawlspace encapsulation completed by HydroHelp911 at our home! From start to finish, every employee demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and a commitment to quality that truly impressed us.The initial consultation with **** was incredibly thorough. **** took the time to explain the entire process, assess our specific needs, and answer all of our questions clearly and patiently. We felt confident in their recommendations and the solutions they proposed. He met with us on June 25th and ******** crew was onsite for the encapsulation within three weeks.On the day of the encapsulation, ****** and his crew arrived on time and worked diligently despite the extremely warm tempe. They were friendly and respectful of our property, ensuring everything was kept clean and tidy throughout the project. The workmanship was top-notch; every detail was handled with precision, from the vapor barrier installation to the sealing and dehumidifier setup.Since the encapsulation, we've noticed a significant improvement in our home. The air quality feels much better, and the house feels less humid and cooler. We"ve also observed a positive change in the efficiency of our HVAC system, which we attribute directly to the crawlspace being properly sealed and insulated.We highly recommend HydroHelp911 to anyone considering crawlspace encapsulation. I highly recommend this company for your foundation, crawl space issues. From the initial contact with ******, my inquiry was handled with professionalism and kindness. She was prompt to answer questions and schedule appointment for someone to assess my concern with my front porch. ****** provided the schedule as well as the name of individual that would be contacting me prior to time. ****** arrived and was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. He thoroughly assessed issue and gave his honest feedback, which I valued immensely. He did not try to oversell or push. ****** gave me ideas and suggestions of what I needed to correct problem with porch, even though their company could not provide service. Very refreshing to have someone provide honest advice. If I need foundation or crawl space work to be addressed in future I will definitely reach out to this company. Great experience.

Our crawl space has a unique issue that has required several follow **** Max and ****** both came out in timely matter and came up with a plan I feel will address the concern. Hydro Pro has been wonderful to work with and has stood by their work. All have been professional and clean up. The guys showed up when they said they were going to, were very professional and easy to work with, did exactly what they had committed to do (and did it very well), cleaned up and left my crawl space looking great! Before encapsulation, humidity in my crawl space was running 70+%...after encapsulation, it's hanging around 38% (and my dehumidifier doesn't need to run any more). My daughter in ************** NC set up a contract to install a sump pump and both French and down spot drains. I drove over from ********* to oversee operations and progress and was very pleased with the Team. ****** and ****** were exceptional communicators and aside from explaining things to answer our concerns, they made minor adjustments for us during the project. Stay away! My project date was postponed 3 times and with each email notification I received, it stated this is a TENATIVE DATE. Frustrated, I canceled the contract only to discover that in the fine print of the contract language, HydroHelp911 gets to keep 35% of the total project cost. They chose to enforce the contract to the letter. My initial deposit was gone! All terms and conditions in their contract are written to defend HydroHelp911 legally. Again, they chose to enforce these terms even after 3 delays. Potential customers beware.HydroHelp911 Crawl Space & Foundation Repair

*******, we apologize for the delays and frustrations, however must mention, for the sake of future customers seeing this, that there are reasons outside of our control for delays, which is why we make sure to mention numerous times that the dates are tentative. We should also note that there is no fine print in our contract as you suggest. Instead, we have our payment and cancellation policy highlighted and bolded in our contract for this exact reason. I hired HydroHelp911 to eliminate the mold problem and the water flooding problem in my 40+ year old basement. The team, ****** and partner, came earlier than I had originally thought they would, worked to install a French drain, sump pump, and sheathe the cement block walls to stop the water. In the middle of the job, we experienced a torrential downpour, and the newly installed pump handled the situation beautifully. My contact person, **, was super helpful when he came to inspect to make his recommendations for the job. He pointed out what was needed, and worked with me to bring the total cost to something I (as a retired person on a fixed income) could pay. The site was beautifully cleaned up, and ****** asked me several times if I had any questions or concerns. I did not, and do not.
