    We hired HydroHelp 911 for foundation support and crawl space work. Overall the experience was pretty good. Everyone we dealt with was courteous and from what I can tell, the work done is solid. In fact, we immediately noticed our doors shut properly again after they installed helical piers and support beams under the house.The reason for the four out of five star review is the lack of communication within their team. The sales team was quick to confidently promise the work would be done within the timeline we needed and that everything would be put back together perfectly, once the work was completed. But once the crews began arriving, it became clear that they werent informed clearly of the specifics of our job. The electrician had to come out twice because no one informed him of our specific needs before he arrived, and he didnt have the supplies he needed.The job ran really long. Part of that was due to weather, which I understand, but it took a considerable amount of time for them to finally come back and finish the clean-up portion of the job.Once they returned, they didnt do a very thorough job of returning our yard and landscaping back to the way it was. Had I not pointed out the stone and brick hardscaping was not put back together, they would have left it in disarray. And all they ended up doing was casually arranging the bricks back together loose on the ground. Now Im going to have to go out there with settling sand and re-set everything, despite the sales team ensuring me that the crews deal with landscaping all the time and theyd have everything back exactly the way it was.All in all, the inconveniences were overshadowed by the great work and the kind and respectful employees. For the price it cost to have this work done, I would have expected better communication and attention to detail on their end. But the work they did is fantasticwere already seeing positive results.

    Hydro 911 did a great job on our driveway excavation and waterproofing. They were thorough and cleaned up well. They listened and adjusted the plan as we worked together. Highly recommend

    Hydrohelp911 is the one to call if you need crawl space work done. They are very informative and everyone is super nice. After they completed their job , I had some plumbing work done. The plumber said it was the best encapsulation he had seen. Would definitely use them again if I had to. **** and ***

    A structural engineer we hired recommend that we use HydroHelp911 to install two helical piers to stop the forward falling of a brick wall that had completely separated from the rest of the house and exposed a two inch crack from the roof of the house to the edge of the foundation. We contacted the company and had a series of discussions with the sales and operations management staff and they explained things well and gave us what we thought was a fair quote of $4200 to do the job. They required half of the money up front to put the job in the books, which we paid.On the day of the project, the workmen were professional and courteous. However, once they dug the hole needed to install the piers beneath the wall, they discovered that from the footer to the bottom of the wall, all the brick masonry had been water damaged and crumbled away at the touch. Consequently, they were unable to install the piers as planned. They offered to pour new concrete pillars to support the piers for an additonal amount of $4300, making the project over $8500 total. This was way beyond our budget and we felt an unreasonably high price to complete a project they had already agreed to do. Plus, we were stuck now that the hole had exposed everything; we couldn't just leave it be or the damage would be far greater in the end. We felt taken advantage of.We went over it back and forth with the company's owner about this, and we couldn't come to an agreement about the price or the terms. So, in the end, we asked the owner of the company to return some of the money that we had given as a deposit, but he refused. He made it apparent that he felt that the fact that we just paid him $2100 to do a little more than dig a hole in the ground very reasonable. We disagree. But he has our money and the only practical recourse we have is to complain to the BBB. When we mentioned this to him, he advised us that he would *** us should we post the complaint. We hope he will be more reasonable than this.

    Thanks ******* for the feedback and as always we will review this situation internally and look for ways we can handle situations like this better in the future. With that being said we do feel it is appropriate to address some of your is***s since our potential customers may read this.


    I would like to point out that we all agreed that none of our employees, nor you or your wife had x-ray vision and could see the conditions of the footer that was below the dirt. It is clearly stated in all structural engineer reports that the condition of the footer must be within certain conditions or a re-engineer of said project will be needed and the scope of work would likely change because of this. This was the case on this project. Once the scope of work changes for conditions that are out of our control, it is then the responsibility of the homeowner to cover these costs.


    In regards to the changes needed as described above, I (the owner) agreed to reach out to the engineer on your behalf, after work hours, to consult with him and come up with a plan. I did this to save you, the customer, additional re-engineering fees and to provide over-the-top customer service. After speaking with the engineer and learning which direction he wanted to go with this project it was clear that there would be additional time and materials involved in this project.

    Anytime a service based company takes on additional time, materials and a change in the scope of work, a change order and price increase is warranted and also covered in our service contract.
    We also understand that work performed by our industry can be expensive. It is expensive to run a business in today's society that is fully licensed, insured and provides stellar communication to our customers. Training our employees to keep our standards high is also an expensive task that must be performed for us to run a successful business for many years to come. For this reason we offered financing options to help you afford the additional costs in which you had the opportunity to choose from multiple different plans to fit your needs. You chose to not even attempt to apply.  


    Lastly, to clear the record, the word *** was never mentioned. Based on the things your wife was saying about me and our company in the background, which unfortunately cannot be heard through this review or my reply, was that if she continued to slander our company and myself then I would have to get my lawyer involved. Luckily we did not have to go this route and a review was the route you decide to take, which is your right as a consumer. We just want the full story to be out there for others to make opinions.


    As I mentioned in the first paragraph, we thank you for your feedback and will use this situation to continue getting better as we have done over the last 6 years of being in business!
