      I ordered a building from this company on 6/1/2022. They told me I would receive it in 4-6 weeks. I haven't received the building. I haven't heard anything from the company. I call and they put me on hold and leave me there. I paid $4367.37. I have cattle that need this building.

      I am in receipt of the customers concerns. 

      As of August 2020, CCI has not allowed lead times on orders that are under $5000. I have attached the memo informing all dealers of this policy. We are happy to continue to work on a delivery date for the customer and advise 2-3 days in advance of delivery.

      On April 5, 2022 I put a deposit $680.40 on a 20by25 inclosd carport and signed a contract, here it is July 20,2022 and no carport, after countless calls and leaving massages for the Mo representative to find out where my carport is , no one returns my calls or no one knows anything, this is bad customer service, so how do I get my deposit back or get my carport delivered when Carolina Carports will not respond to me ????

      I am in receipt of the concerns from Mr. **** ****. 

      We have attempted to contact this customer on multiple occasions for delivery with no returned phone call. It is important to keep in mind that our calls do come from an 800 number and may appear to be a spam call. Our callers will leave voicemails for return calls. 

      We are happy to get this back into rotation and call when the next truck load is available.
