    On the afternoon of 12/17/24 my wife and I went to Sports Durst ***** location to purchase a used car. We had our on loan and informed the salesman, ****** under no circumstances will he be allowed to run our credit. After testing driving the car he began asking for details such as our social and birthdates, before continuing I asked him why and informed him again to not run our credit. He lied and told us this was for their records and the title for the car. We went in only needing the bill of sale so we could get it to our loan officer and would purchase the car the next day. Throughout the duration of experience there I informed him multiples times he is not authorized to run our credit. We showed him our loan from our bank and he snatched the phone out of my wifes hands and disappeared for fifteen minutes. When he came back, my wife and I both received notifications that he ran our credit which had a hard impact on mine because I had been comparing rates and had already five inquires, making this the sixth. When we explained he had just ran our credit he came back with his supervisor, *****, who handed us our credit check with their terms and began yelling at us. As I was looking at the paper that confirmed he ran our credit without authorization, ***** was still claiming they didnt run my credit. I have proof they did so. This was a fraudulent credit check and they refuse to take it off. I am also in contact with both of the credit companies to get it taken care off. I dont want this to happen to anyone else. When they ran my credit it impacted it and rose my predicted rates for the car which is why I think they ran the credit. I think they intentionally ran the credit so I would have to pay more money to them. Again I do not want this to happen to anyone else. This is fraudulent and unprofessional behavior.
