  Do not use!!!!!
  I had to file a police report against Miracle Movers. First they stole over $300 out of my husband's wallet. A week later I realized I was missing a case I used to carry my jewelry. I have contacted the company but their answer was to file a police report instead of being responsible for their employees actions. I now have to try and get some sort of resolution from my homeowner's insurance. I would think they should have insurance to cover theft.

  I have moved a lot - so I have experience and can compare and Miracle Movers have been great! Definitely BY far the best moving company I have ever used.

  I used Miracle Movers of Raleigh for a move and storage of our home. Following the retrieval of our goods, we noticed items missing and damaged. We contacted the number on their website the following day of our move and was told that our list of items had been sent to the person overseeing the warehouse and we would be contacted that day. 2 days went by without a response until I contacted them again. I’ve been in communication via phone and email with personnel from this company and simply wanted to understand whether or not the trucks and storage facility had been searched for our missing items. It took almost two weeks to be told our items could not be located. When asked to speak to management, we’ve yet to receive contact information. We paid for increased protection and this company has not yet responded as to why this isn’t being factored in against our claim. Per my opinion, we would not use this company for any moving or storage needs again. They should do right by paying clients to offer fair refunds and provide customer service that keeps paying clients updated as to next steps for evaluation of missing and broken items.

  Miracle Movers did a great job moving me from NC to TN. From my first call, I was impressed with their professionalism and how they listened to what I wanted. Most all of my furniture was padded and shrink wrapped. The drivers were very prompt and courteous and arrived when they said they would, both loading and unloading the truck. They did a great job!! I would definitely recommend Miracle Movers.

  Miracle Movers were great! The first callback to get an estimate was fast. Several notifications were sent reminding me of the date & time. ***** *. and his team arrived a little early (great for me) but verified their early arrival first. They used extra tape on boxes I had already packed to make sure the contents stayed in place, packed my storage unit as I hoped (leaving room for more contents in the future), and were quick, professional, friendly, and efficient. Job well done!
