5 starsWanted a consult on adding a transfer switch to main electrical service panel. Dael spent the time to explain what was needed and even consulted another employee about a rather esoteric problem. Very pleased though the estimate was a lot more than expected. Recommend.Review fromGlenda S

We decided on a second opinion after a visit from our previous ac company. **** at JD Service Now immediately found 3 major issues the other company created that would certainly have shortened the life of our system. He repaired the immediate items for a very reasonable fee and we have made a plan to have JD Service Now take care of the less critical items over the next few months.

The water heater I purchased 9 years ago (to replace the original that the builder installed 17 years ago) rusted out and water was pouring all over my garage floor. In a panic I checked ****** and found this company after I was unable to contact the company that installed it. They sent a technician IMMEDIATELY. ****** ***** was very professional and did a beautiful job putting in a new heater. He even did me a favor and secured one of my pipes to the wall with a bracket. He is a very pleasant person and, although I don't want to have to get another replacement, I would be very happy to be our technician.JD Service Now

I called JD Service Now as my water from my well stopped. I had ch'k circuit breakers. So I thought pump was bad. He tested the well, good pressure and flow. ******* discovered that the pressure sensing device on my reservoir kept comming on. I thought it might be defective. But he said, no, it ***** you have a water leak. He crawled under the house and found my water heater was all rusted on the bottim, and leaking badly. He and Jodek took out the old one and replaced it with a new 38 gal Rheem, a quality water heater. But it was in this crawl space under my house thru a small door in my foundation. There were even 2 black snakes on top of the water heater. They were both heros. Worked continousky. I don't know how they worked in that confined space, with the "floor" really uneven. It took them quite a few hours to do the job because access was so hard. At first I thought the quoted price was high, but they gave me a discount. Considering the number of hours it took, it was reasonable. And I was not charged for ******** time Investigating the problem. Got it all fixed in one day. Thank goodness, no water is not fun. I would highly recommend JD Service Now. They also do AC and electrical besides plumbing.JD Service Now

JD Service Now has completed other projects for us in the past, so we knew we were dealing with a very good company. ******** ****** and ***** arrived right on time and got to work replacing some kitchen pipes under the sink and in the crawlspace. They also replaced our water heater. They were all very courteous, helpful, and professional. They completed their work with a minimum of inconvenience to us. After the work was done, we were shown pictures and video of their work. They answered all of our questions. We were left totally satisfied with JD Service Now. I have no problem recommending them.JD Service Now
