My hot water heater stopped working this morning. I contacted JD because their number was on the tank. I was able to book an appointment online, which was convenient since they had not opened yet. They called me shortly after 7 and the ladies I spoke with were able to get Sharif over to my house by 10 am. Sharif did an excellent and professional job replacing the heater. He was friendly and able to answer all my questions. He was done by 4 the same day and now I have water. Ill definitely be calling ** again the next time I need a repair.

***** was incredibly knowledgeable, fair, and thorough.
