**** helped us with getting our garbage disposal working properly again. she was professional, respectful, and courteous. Plus, being a member meant I had zero cost since she was able to fix it in no time. Highly recommend **** and her team!

******************* did an amazing job. He was courteous, punctual and thorough. We just bought a 20yo home and we had an urgent socket need and asked him for an estimate on all that we would like addressed and he walked us through all the options. He did not rush us or pushy in making decisions. He let us know what he was doing before he did it and then walked us through after he was done to make sure we were satisfied with what he did and did we have any questions. Im very impressed with JD Service NOW! They live up to NOW. I had the furnace inspected and the technician arrived the next morning. A thorough job was done. ****, our Comfort Consultant, came the next day and provided honest options regarding a new heating system. I am impressed with his professionalism and knowledge of the company I selected for my new system. Looking forward to a good relationship with JD Service NOW!JD Service Now

**** and **** were an exceptional team. We are quite pleased with work that they did to install a new water line to our home. JD Service now performed a periodic check on our heat pumps. Service was scheduled for 8-9 am and they arrived right on time. ***** and ****** were knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. They showed us one area that had accumulated dirt and grime and gave us the option of cleaning it.They provided a visual report of everything they checked and cleaned.Excellent service.JD Service Now

I have been a client/customer of ********************** for over 20 years--even back when the company was JD Plumbing! They have always, always provided the best service and technical competence. I may have been able to save a little money with another company, but I assure you I wouldn't have received the same quality of service.
