It does not get better than ***** at JDSN. His care, concern and dedication to his job is unmatched. He even gave me some pointers to help keep my unit clean. He will be my HVAC service technician from now on!

***** was the service worker last used through JD. After 2 others came out, he was able to diagnose and fix the problem. Turns out there was an issue with installation that had caused some problems with the pressure and consequently the coolant. I knew something felt off and didnt sound quite right. He took the time to really get to the bottom of what was happening and secured the part (initially not correctly secured) to the ** unit and rechecked the pressure and work on the air compressor until he felt comfortable and sure of the problem and resolution. Today my ** feels amazingwhich is a good, good thing because it feels like 100 degrees outside!JD Service Now

This is such a great customer focused **********************. I use them for HVAC and Plumbing annual service checks. This year I actually needed HVAC repairs and services. ***************************** was magnificent in completing all the repairs, patiently asking my questions and preparing me for what I need to do in the future. Everyone at the company is kind and helpful. This is rare in today's service environment!JD Service Now

I've used JD Service Now many times over the years. What I really appreciate is that if I don't need something done, they tell me. I.e., they aren't out there trying to sell home owners expensive repairs that aren't needed. But where I did need something done, JD Service does a really, really good job.JD Service Now
