I gave my neighbors an easement through my yard so that JD Service Now could dig a water/sewer line. **** was the ******* on this project. He promised me on several occasions that any damage done would be repaired and plants that were damaged would be replaced. None of that happened, and he nor the owners of the company would return my calls. The workers flattened a berm needed to protect my yard and house from erosion after repeatedly promising they would leave it alone. They spread the dirt from ********, which was treated with aggregate, throughout the yard killing the ground cover. Full-grown black bamboo specimens (replacement estimated at $300) that they had me tape off with red tape to be protected were cut down the last day they were there; and the canes were taken probably for fencing poles. **** said no one would confess. Even after trenching and filling the trenches, someone came in with a large piece of heavy equipment right through a thicket killing most of the plants. They even took down plants where they didn't have to trench. The yard is eroding. The water proofing under the front of the house has been destroyed. Hi ******, I'm sorry you were unhappy with the service provided to your neighbor. I believe due to the agreement with your neighbor it limited our ability to take any actions and this was put to rest between you and them.Review fromRichard B

**** and ***** were great, checking all my electrical inside and outside. **** tried to isolate a flickering light problem in my bathroom and finally got it narrowed down to a couple things which I think I have resolved. They were down to earth and easy to ask questions. I would highly recommend.JD Service Now
