1 starWe joined the Streamline Family Plan in March 2021, two years and 9 months ago. We paid over 20 dollars a month since that time, plus the high fees for service repairs. We liked the part of the family plan brochure that says, quote, "Here at Streamline services, we offer emergency services to the *************** (and other places) You can find us working 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. We'll even show up on Christmas before the kids wake up to open presents and are readily available to answer calls outside of our usual service hours of 7:30 am to 6:30 pm." Not true. We called 12-19-2023 at 4:00 pm with a burst water pipe. They said they could come the next morning. My husband shut off the water. We called another plumber who was there for us at 6:00 pm and closed the pipe so we old seniors could have water - we both have medical appointments in the morning. So disappointed in Streamline Services. We plan to discontinue all services with them. They tend to oversell anyway. We even bought their air scrubber, for the furnace. Three times we have tried to get a new electrical panel, and a new guy each time. A lot of employee turnover. A year ago, we got a second opinion which was about 3 thousand dollars less.

5 starsStreamline has been amazing to work with. From the office staff to the technicians that came to my house. They wore shoe covers and were very cautious of my property. They did a full evaluation of my heating system and gave me options of immediate concerns as well as what I should expect in the future. 5 starsI had Streamline install a mini split in the room over my garage. It was an easy process and it works great. The team was so friendly and knowledgeable that I decided to have them come back to install some landscape lights. I am ramping up for a big renovation that will require all of their services plumbing, electrical and reconfiguring my AC/heating units and venting. 1 starDeceptive business practices. I was quoted $89 for a dispatch fee but then the tech messed around for several hours and charged $407 for a diagnostic that didn't tell us what was wrong. He quoted $5600 for repairs that *** not work and tried to emotionally manipulate me into buying saying we couldn't sell our house without these uncertain repairs. I have never encountered more deceptive business practices and the gall to try and emotionally manipulate me was beyond the pale.Streamline Services Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical

1 starI called them to repair my hot water heater. The technician recommended replacement so I paid $4400 for the the new water heat. The tech saw fit to meddle with my shower and broke my shower water level. He offered the fix the lever HE broke for $500. I refused. The company called me and offered to fix it but I haven't heard anything back in over 2 weeks. They aren't returning my attempts to resolve the situation. I went to ***** and bought the replacement and did it myself for $40. This is how a veteran owned business treats fellow veterans.Streamline Services Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical

1 starIf you value your money, don't use this business.
We had a water heater installed in our attic to replace the old one. We were charged $4593.95. That is about 4x the cost of an average water heater install in Raleigh, NC ($1356 according to ****).
I can in no way justify that price. They charged almost $600 to plug in a flood detecter into an outlet ($50 on ******), and $700 for a mixing valve. I feel absolutely gutted and disgusted that we spent that much. Were first time home owners and maybe they took advantage of our lack of experience. We asked the company to reimburse to match the market price and they only returned about $500, so we still paid over $4000...still about $2500 more than market price.
We were hoping the BBB would aide us in getting some reimbursement from the company.Streamline Services Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical
