      New metal roof was installed Feb 2024. Owner stated there is a 5 year warranty on labor, screws and gaskets. 40 year warranty on the metal roof. Roof started leaking. Reached out to the owner multiple times via ******** messenger and texts. Have all the messages and can attach them if needed. Never shows up and always has an excuse why he didn't make it. **** is leaking and I will need to contact another company to repair it.

      This is ***** the secretary. We went up there at no charge and fixed and pin hole leak in a gasket. Its been addressed the week of 4/14/25 and was corrected. The property owner was very happy to have us come out and we did reach out to **** to tell him it was completed which we did not hear a response back. We are receiving this 3 weeks after the repair had been made l, customer received no bill for labor or materials.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and I accept it. They did come out and repair the leak after months of requests. Many excuses and no repairs. The company did finally show up and make necessary repairs.

      On April 23, 2024 gutter depo installed a gutter incorrectly on my shed. I was unaware at the time, but the roof overhangs the gutter making the gutter useless. I was told by two roofing companies that it needs 2x4s put on first then the gutter to extend it far enough to catch water and act as a gutter. *** reached out to the company twice with no response.
