      I had Gutter Depot come out to replace a gutter on my house that I damaged cutting a tree in July. Wayne came out and gave me a price for the replacement. I had gutter guards on the existing gutters and Wayne said his guys would put them back on after the new gutter was installed. They came out and replaced the gutter promptly the next week. After completion of installing the new gutter, Wayne came back by to inspect the work and collect the money for the job. When he arrived he gave me a price $25 more than the previous price I was given. I paid him the increased price. He said the gutters were guaranteed against leaking and If I had any problems to give them a call. I noticed a few days later that the gutter guards were not installed and were put under my deck. I also noticed the gutter leaks when it rains. I have called and talked with Wayne several times about this and he has given me a time that he will have someone come by to install the gutter guards and repair the leak. The crew never comes and Wayne always has an excuse why they did not show up. This is now several months later and nobody has came by to make the repairs. I plan to complete this project myself and will never call Gutter Depot for any other project.
