      On 3/20/2025, we entered into a contract to purchase a 30 x 60 metal building from Boss Buildings/NC Carports and Garages (same company) totaling $18,974.40 and gave them a $2,523.15 deposit. On 5/20/2025 Boss Buildings/NC Carports required half of the balance amounting to $8,431.27 and scheduled the job. After several delays, construction started the week of 6/2/2025. We paid the balance in FULL ($8,431.26) on 6/3/2025 in good faith because we were going out of town. I returned home on 6/8/2025 and the construction was not complete. I met with the installer, at the property, on 6/8/2025 who stated the track for ONE roll up door was too short and incorrect so he would return on 6/9/2025 or 6/14/2025 with the correct track. I have called both Boss Buildings and NC Carports and Garages on 6/16/2025, 6/18/2025, 6/23/2025, 7/1/2025, 7/7/2025, 7/8/2025, 7/9/2025, 7/20/2025, 7/14/2025. ******* at NC Carports stated they would fix the door the week of 7/21/2025. However, NO ONE has contacted me to schedule the work. I NEED this building to be completed so it can be secured. It has been 7 weeks, and this building is unusable at the moment. As a result, we have continued to pay $300 per month for storage.

      Purchased building in September 2024, Install was finally completed in February 2025. I initiated a service request in May 2025 for water leaking at ridge cap across whole building. Was informed a crew would be out to repair on June 28th, then was called by NC carports and told they were running late and would be there Sunday or Monday following. They were a no show and no call. Have called 6 times so far and on hold for approximately 3 hours with no contact. Would like them to resolve my issue.

      I bought a building from this company and they will not respond to my repeated requests to have the building repaired. I have been calling for the last 8 months.

      OCT 31 - Carport ordered. Cash deposit of $491.40 to Virginia Custom Buildings. Estimated installation date ***** weeks. APR 01 - Email requesting delivery update.APR 01 - ****** **** replied the delivery date would be sometime in May. May 12 - ****** phoned the delivery date of May 28.May 21 - Canceled my daily cancer radiation treatment on the installation date. MAY 22 - ****** called. The installation date was changed to May 29. MAY 22 - Rescheduled my radiation treatment for the 28th and canceled treatment on the 29th. MAY 29 - Thursday. No one showed up and no communication. At 4 PM I called ****** and she said the crew would be here in the AM for sure. I explained we were leaving on a planned trip out of state and wanted to leave at 12 on Friday. She said the installation wouldn't take too long. MAY 30 - Friday. No one showed up and no communication. I called ****** around 12. She said she would find out where the crew was and call back. An hour later she returned my call assuring me the crew would arrive between 3 and 5 PM. No one showed up and no communication. At 5:30 we grew tired of waiting and left, reaching our destination at 11 PM.JUN 02 - Monday. No communication from ******. I called her around 11 AM. She said she would find out where the crew was and call me back. 2 1/2 hours later she returned my call and said the crew was back in **. She said the crew reported it was raining Friday and she had told them we were not home anyway so come on back. It may have been raining where they were but it was not raining at my location. She had no idea when my carport might be delivered but would check the schedule and call me back. I told her if I didn't get a date soon I was going to cancel my order. JUN 03 - Tuesday. No word from ******. I called her around 12 and she said she had not checked the schedule. I told her I have been waiting 7 months and wished to speak to her supervisor. She said that would do no good, I would get the same answer.

      I understand some delays are unavoidable and I am not NC Carports' only customer. However, I feel this company can do a better job of communicating delays to the customer.

      On December 31, *********************************** Metal Buildings and it was very easy process. Upon signing the contract I had to pay a 10% down payment which was paid immediately. It also stated in the contract that install leads times were ***** weeks at the longest. At this point NC Metal Buildings turns it over to their other division NC ********************************* In order to get on the call list to be scheduled you had to send in site pictures to show that they location is ready for install. This was completed on January 20, 2025, I was marked ready in their system and at this point they told me it was going to be ***** weeks. We are now working on 17+ weeks. I have called the last couple ***** and keep getting told that they arent ready to put me on the schedule nor do they know when itll be.

      I paid an extra 500. To have the building sealed and they didn't seal it. Water cones in the bottom of the building Ll over the place. You can stand inside and see light from the bottom. I have contacted them in January 28th ************************************************************************************************************************************ April 27 talked to another person they had called me back the same day told me they would be here may 6th to seal it. I took the day off so someone would be here and they called on May 6th at 1:06 pm said they were running behind they would be here may 9 so I took another day off and no show no ******* that's 2 days of pay I missed out on I called may 12 and the crew just didn't come theybdont know why but she was going to see when a new crew could come out.This is not acceptable I paid in full and they don't want to fix the problem so I would like my 500. Refund to go by the stuff and seal it myself and them pay for my loss wage those 2 days. This is a wood working shop and all my things are getting wet. This is not ok. I reached out in January and it's now may and nothing they've had plenty of time to make it right.

      I purchased a Metal Building from Carport Commander on September 17, 2024. I made a deposit of *******. They told that it would be sent over to the manufacturer and it would be delivered in 8-10 weeks. The manufacturer sent all the necessary paperwork and my blueprints. They then stated once my foundation was down I would go on the schedule. I sent my pictures in on October 4, 2024. I called the scheduler on this date and she told me I would go on the schedule 4 weeks from the pictures being sent in. I waited and waited and still nothing so I called back in December around the 10th and then they stated I was on 15 weeks and theyre working on it. Here I am 7 months later and still nothing. The first date they set up was 4/3025 and canceled that one, then she called back and set a date for May 6, 2025 and called back and canceled that date. She stated she would call back when they could get me back on the schedule so on May 7th I got a text that they would be here to deliver on today by noon which is May 8, 2025, and this morning at 8:26 am she called and canceled again with no explanation. She then said it would have to be set for May 12, 2025 and I am just sick of getting the run around because I have deadlines I am trying to meet because I am using this building to open up my business. I need your help!

      I have spoke to the customer and the installer had to reschedule last week due to mechanical issues with his truck and trailer. It is raining in our area and the customers area as well so due to the weather the installing crew will not be able to work. We did speak to the installing crew and he did confirm with us that he will head out tomorrow morning weather permitting to complete the install.

       I am rejecting this response because:
      The business has had 7 months to deliver my building and it has constantly been one thing or the other. I was originally told when I bought the building it would be a 8-10 week turn around. They later to me in December they had changed it to ***** weeks and then zi was on my 15th week. It has now been months and we are still having all kinds of issues I am just sick and tired of excuses.

      We ordered a garage from ** Carports July of 2024. After many delays, they finally put up the garage in February 2025. Horrible communication with the company. We found several issues with the building. Windows leaking. ****. Wrong screws etc. it's been 3 months since installing and still have not come back to make repairs. They were supposed to be coming tomorrow 4/29/2025. And just called to delay yet again. My husband took off work to make sure the repairs are done correctly. We paid $24,000 for this building and just want it done correctly. I don't want money from them, just to fix the problems. The crew spoke no English. I asked for a different crew for the repairs. We will see. If they ever show back up. Buyer beware

      It is traveling construction delays do occur for a variety of reasons such as truck break downs, traffic, weather and health and sickness.       On July 10th 2024 I purchased a building through a broker sales company Bull Buildings. Under the terms of the contract I was to notify them when the site was ready, I did so in writing on August 19th 2024. Building was supposed to be delivered and installed 6-8 weeks after the site was reported ready. They have just canceled for the 5th time and still no building. its been nearly 8 months. I had a friend ordered a building from a different company 2 months after I ordered my building, his has been up for over 3 months (so weather is not a truthful excuse).

       I am rejecting this response because:
      This is at least the fifth time theyve rescheduled. Always the same excuse our crew Is behind or the weather. September October, November, and part of December, Most of February and most of March the weather was good. At some point, my garage should be the priority over people that ordered their garage months after I did. The crew running behind automatically moves me a week. I can understand a day or two late. People deserve to know that this company has no real intentions on meeting any of their timelines as promised when people buy their buildings..

      This is traveling construction if the weather in the customers area is not bad that does not mean that the weather in the surrounding areas is great either so that does hinder the install as well as traffic, truck breakdowns, flat tires, human errors, and health and sickness. NC Carports has the best intention to install this customers building as fast as we can and to the best of our ability. Again it is traveling construction and things happen that can hinder it. The reason for the push back being a week is because we send out weekly runs not daily runs and when one run gets affected it does not just affect one customer **** ****) but affects other customers such as the ones that are on the same truck route as the customer as these trailers take up to 3 ********************** a run depending on the size and it affects the customers on schedule for the following week as well. We ask that the customer understand this and allows us to install this structure for the scheduled date.

      I paid $931.73 on Oct 29 2024 and was told less than 10 weeks for installation, but later told after site work pictures were sent. Sent pictures Dec 22, sent follow up to confirm and finally got a response Jan 2nd. Asked about lead time with no answer. Emailed a different contact from the company and they responded immediately saying they would confirm. Got a generic text reply shortly after stating ***** weeks. Reached out after 13 weeks, no response. Emailed previous contact that actually responds and said she would forward the request. A day later I get an email stating it looks like it should be going out in May (5 months). I asked about the delay reasons and why I wasn't updated sooner so I could make other arrangements but have yet to hear back. As many others have stated, communication by the scheduler is horrible. Timelines are way off with little to no responses or updates.

      Lead times do not start until the customer is ready for install and that is from the time that we receive the site pictures. Our scheduling department will be attempting to schedule this customer for the last week of April and will be in touch once the date can be confirmed.

      I will accept this response when the time is scheduled and building is installed since they struggle to commit to timelines (3 changes) and communication so far from my experience.
