      Don't agree to any written or unwritten contracts with these people. It took months to get the building. They have not serviced the unfinished building in six months to fix problems they created. They overcharged me more than four thousand dollars with zero resolution efforts on their part. DO Not Do Business With Them!!!

      Don't waste your money and give them your deposit. We gave them our deposit in the spring of 2024. We had approved permits pictures and everything summited to them the first week in November. Still don't have a date as to when we will receive our garage. There is no communication from NC Carports at all. We were told like 8 weeks we would have garage.

      we signed contract in October from ***********************. After that we find out "they just sell the building"NC Carports actually does install so Mammouth can't help us. We were told install would be 8 weeks at the most. We are now at 10 weeks and haven't heard anything. Leave messages but no one calls back. We know there was a hurricane in the area. But we can't even contact anyone since ******** just points to Nac Carports and they don't reply. So we sit here with a cement pad, no building and no answers. Would have been nice to have info up front and to atleast have someone return calls and keep us updated.

      I paid deposit and have still yet to receive my cover. This has been over a year ago. I have out of pocket expense for grading they required to be done as well as expense for renting the lull. I have contacted sales *** many times and the company itself. I cant get money back or anything

      Heres the updated version of your complaint:Complaint Against North Carolina Carports I ordered a garage from **************** in July during a promotion they were running. **************** sold me the garage, but the distributor, ************** Carports, is responsible for fulfilling the order. I submitted the required photos in August, and the order was placed at that time. Initially, I was told the garage would be installed in 4 to 6 weeks. However, I am now at week 13, and not only has the garage not been installed, but there is still no installation date in ******** make matters worse, I was recently informed by **************** that I was scheduled for installation on November 25. However, I have now been told by North Carolina Carportsthe actual manufacturerthat I would be lucky to have it installed in mid to late December. This is completely unacceptable, as their repeated delays have severely impacted my ability to complete the basement project that depends on this garage being installed.************** Carports customer service is absolutely atrocious. Whenever I reach out, I receive the same canned response via text message, always days late: We will contact you two weeks before your installation. This has been repeated to me multiple times without any progress or concrete information.I am beyond frustrated with this company and feel completely at their mercy. On top of my own experience, reading other customer reviews has only decreased my confidence, as there appear to be numerous complaints about their lack of reliability and service.I strongly discourage anyone from working with ************** Carports. My experience so far has been one of the worst Ive ever had with any company, and I havent even received the final product yet.

      Not Recommend!! At the roof, top of the wall has gap open to the outside air. They were here yesterday and told me there was nothing wrong and left. Poor workmanship!!

      I paid $7100 for 24x24 garage. The crew arrived week late they company said because of a flat tire but anyway!! When they got here they done a good job but they left me with 2 doors that WILL NOT GO UP OR DOWN!! I called them and they sent a crew back but they took one my doors down and took it with them so I was without a door for over a week!! They sent a crew to replace my door and adjust the other one. I tried to explain to them the doors were too hard to operate but not one understood English. Before I got back to the house to call ******* so he could tell them they pulled out and left. So now I have a garage without working doors and NO RETURNED CALLS! Never Again

      Very disappointed in the way my project was handled. As soon as crew got there (which was a day and a half later than originally scheduled) they demanded an additional $600.00 for labor because then back of the structure was higher than normal. I talked with ***** during this process and I couldn't get any concrete answers from her. Communication was terrible. The additional labor charges were exorbitant. For 1 week after my building was installed I tried to contact April and now going on the second week I still haven't heard anything. I would not recommend dealing with this company. Very dissatisfied.

      I would highly discourage anyone from doing business with Triple A Steel Structures and NC Carports. It took 9 weeks after paying the deposit and sending in site photos to get the building. I made 4 phone calls asking for an update and each time was told I'd receive a call the week before to schedule install with no answer for the delay or apologies. The scheduler with NC Carports told me the crew would be there sometime afternoon on Friday and would be done on Saturday. On Saturday morning I called NC carports to ask for an update since the work crew still hadn't arrived. She had told me they would be open until 12 on Saturday but they were closed.The work crew did a good job. They did quality work and did a decent job picking up when they were done (few pieces of garbage, cigarette butts, metal and screws were left, but not a big deal) they showed up a day later than scheduled and unannounced (he had entered my phone number incorrectly, but again not a big deal) Our building was completed on Sunday around 830pm. On Tuesday I received 4 calls between 730am and 330pm demanding the remaining balance and told me the work crew wouldn't paid until I had submitted payment. I also received 3 text messages, one asking if I was sending payment in the mailI tried to voice my concerns and disappointment with a manager but it was a waste of oxygen. I stated our signed contract had a time frame of 4 weeks weather permitting for install, the manger told me there is no time frame listed on the contractShe was hostile and continued to interrupt while I was speaking even after I had asked her to let me finish. I hope to save someone else the frustration and headache of doing business with them.

      We ordered a carport on 5/22/24 from NC Carports & Garages and was immediately contacted by ***************************, Millennium Building Dealer. After designing the carport online, we paid a deposit of $2,193.80 on 5/22/24. An additional $150.00 on 5/29/24 for a color change. The invoice clearly states that a site-specific plan was required on that invoice dated 5/21/24.Weeks later we received a generic site plan. After explaining that we needed the correct site plan, we were then charged $1537.50 for that on 6/19. We were told it would be approximately 28 days to complete.After waiting a month, I called to inquire about the plan and status. I was given apologies and told it would be 2 more weeks. We waited the 2 weeks and still nothing. In fact, I called them today 8/12/24 to cancel the order. I was informed they were backlogged and needed more time.Never received updates, very hard to contact people. Usually goes to voicemail.I feel they had no problem taking my $3881.30 but can't deliver on drawings.I requested a refund due to the fact that they have not delivered what I paid for. This company is very unprofessional, and I would not recommend them.
